I got a same day apt but when engineer came he really just confirmed what I already knew - no signal Also those who answer calls when you need more info only offer apts rather than answering queries If you email then you just get automated msg Want this to be helpful for the company and others

Waited all day for a phone call with a 30 minute eta had no call contacted the office to be told he will come and still never arrived! Terrible for a company that wants new business

5 Star Service I've just had a new cctv system installed at my shop premises. From start to finish the service from Aerialforce has been fantastic. From the initial phone call through to the installation today which was carried out by the fabulous Darren! From calling at 0800 to just before 1200 on the same day, new Freeview Aerial all installed and working, Fantastic service by the Installation Engineer Graham Robinson who did a great job.

Ricky St John visited very promptly and set up my TV to include most of the terrestrial channels I had before at my last home. He was very good efficient and identified the issue immediately.

Andy turned up late afternoon as promised and diagnosed our arial problem. He quickly corrected the this problem and charged a reasonable price, with which we were more than happy. If all engineers were like this!!!

Brilliant service. I contacted them online and soon received an email confirming, followed soon after by a phone call. The engineer arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. Well worth the cost. I'll use them again without hesitation. Both the young lady on the phone and the engineer were friendly and helpful. I can't fault them.

Engineer Mitchell and his son Henry were really helpful. On first cisit quickly established the problem with the aerial and gave us quote for the work needed (amplifier). Clarified questions from our landlord quickly. Fitted the amplifier quickly on a second visit and set up the tv. Really friendly and helpful all round, very good service, would highly recommend

I had a very bad experience. For me they were completely unreliable and very poor at communicating. They made four appointments and didn't turn up once. First time they didn't even ring to cancel. Other occasions they rang at the end of the day and promised to make the job a priority for the next day - but again no show and cancelled late in the day.

Phoned up to get a quote for installing Ethernet equipment, a chap came round same day who was really knowledgeable and helpful and that was about 3 weeks ago now, I’ve called several times for my quote and each time I’m told yes we’re on it but still not had one so will have to try elsewhere now

Scott from Aerialforce was excellent. Gave a no obligation quotation that was very competitive. Then he did a fantastic job installing. Everything is professionally done and sturdy, he was very neat and tidy, even dismounted the old equipment. He was professional and polite, did a great job. Very recommended fitter and company, Scott was brilliant.

Tried to use them, cancelled on me three times at 4 o’clock. Rearranged everytime and never showed up each time. Very poor and unprofessional Would recommend using WiFi Heroes far better and more professional
