They called and installed two cameras They failed to return to complete the job I paid them £660 for £180 more than they quoted all attempts to get them to return has failed To cap it all the system does not work They can connect to my system What despicable people they are We are two pensioners and don’t need the stress Please do not use this company do so at your peril

Pete called me prior to arrival to check it was still OK to come round. Arrived promptly thereafter. Double checked the work i wanted carried out, checked all areas where he needed to go, provided a reasonable quotation and i authorised the work. It was undertaken efficiently and was impressed with Petes work albeit a relatively small job. Explained what he had done. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to have Pete round to do work again, very personable.

Really disappointed these guy have let us down on 2 separate occasions, just not turning up and not communicating. Even when I’ve called they have told me to just continue to wait and no one turned up.

We were served by Richard the engineer. He was very friendly and informative. He did a fantastic job installing our new dish and set up the Freesat box and checked we were getting a good reception. If you get Richard as your engineer you won’t be disappointed.

Worst service I have ever come across. Wouldn't even give it one star. Initially didn't send confirmation of appointment so I had to check they were coming. They then said they were definitely coming but I had to ring towards the end of the day to check to be told that they had to cancel. Appointment was then rearranged and I was given a time slot. Again, nobody turned up despite checking with them and I received a message to say they had to rearrange again so two whole days wasted. Can't believe anyone would use this "service".

Daylight robbery, charged me 320 pounds for a fitted satelte dish because my dish was on a pole the price went from originally 67 to 97 before any work started then he wanted 360 pound for a replacement dish which I couldn’t afford so he reduced it to the 320 pounds , if I said just fit a new dish I would have saved pounds I’m not that quick at thinking nowadays, but I was well overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone .i have also reported them to trading standards who have been very helpful, as I am a pensioner older people be aware of this company.

When I Googled this Company, the Opening Page announced: "TV Aerial Repaired From £49.00". When I called them & explained that I had already paid for a TV Engineer to evaluate my SONY TV's bad Signal, his Diagnosis was to get a TV Aerial Company to replace the existing Aerial Cable from the House Roof Aerial to the "Box" in our Lounge. So due to this Companys "Claim", I called, and they Quoted me £85.00 !! My conclusion is that I have been Duped into calling them, and such Marketing conniving tactics as mentioned above, should not be allowed !

Time wasters, they just book you in, just to cancel on you later, avoid. I waisted 2 days waiting for an engineer to came and wall mount my tv after calling them, and then later to have a call from them towards the end of the day that the engineers are to busy and wouldn't be able to come out and do the job.I think that was on the 13th of September, then rebooked for the 16th of September, the same,happend, they called me that engineer will not make it, then they have the audacity to ask you if you want to book for another day, of course I refused. Then I received an email from Trustpilot that I need to submit more details to my initial review as the "cowboys" need to better understand my experience, what a joke.

I went on website to book an engineer visit with regards to WIFI being installed throughout my property on Sunday evening recieved a call, and booked for the engineer to turn up Monday, no one called so I phoned and chased to be told the engineer was held up at another job and wont be attanding, if I hadnt rang i wouldnt have known , on this call I booked for Tuesday morning, again NO show, I called and said I was promised a morning visit, to be told it will be anywhere up to 6pm, I have just recieved a call to say they can't attend again at 15.50pm, I had taken 2 days working from home so I would be here, please avoid this company if you are in a rush, not one person told me the same, it was a different story each time and I spoke to 6 people in total, past from pillar to post. Annoying but we learn.

Absolutely useless. 3 times they offered bookings to fit an additional TV socket and 3 times the engineer never called as promised and never arrived. 1 full day and 2 half days wasted waiting for the engineer. If only I had read the reviews. Lesson learned. J Kelman
