We're a new book publishing company and have been working with acutrack since Oct, 2020. We were unfamiliar with all the custom mapping required for Shopify/usa & canadian amazon/ fulfillment issues - they went out of their way to solve this. When our books were months delayed in overseas shipping they printed an interim order of 1,000 books within 8 days so we could ship our outstanding orders. Now, they are managing the shipping to all our USA and international customers in a timely manner. Raj, the owner and his entire team have been extremely professional & patient with our learning curve and now everything runs a smooth as silk! Now we can focus on selling as their team is focused on shipping!

Working with Acutrack is a pleasure. I always receive timely email responses (usually within 10 minutes, always within 24 hours) from real people who are listening. The portal is easy to use and I love being able to track packages and the progress of shipments without needing to wait for an email response.

Raj and Vanitha are great! It took a little bit of time to start-up, but after everything was set, shipping works smoothly. Vanitha is very quick in responding to my questions and always very polite. Also the prices are reasonable!

Once they get you to sign the contract, the experience becomes poor. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and inattention to detail. I canceled after only a few weeks when I realized they were making my fulfillment process harder, not easier. Furthermore, I was promised a refund for my inconvenience and that never even happened. A real unfortunate experience.
Acutrack came in last minute to save us after a previous supplier let us down. Fantastic results and looking forward to working with them for many years to come.
