Acutrack printing quality is superb. I was able to get a beautifully produced coffee table book with perfectly matched vibrant colors. For over a year and a half we have been dealing with one lead contact person, Noren Das, for all issues in Acutrack and that really helps engender confidence and consistency. Noren answers all our questions, looks into issues, summarizes things nicely, offers marketing suggestions, is patient, and teaches us in all things related to printing and fulfilling purchases of our textbook. We at SIMIODE are a non-profit organization selling a textbook using the approach our Community of Practice espouses to teach the pivotal STEM course in differential equations through modeling and real-world application. Currently our sales numbers are small, but growing. We offer BOTH a fine and handsome paperback version of our 560+ page paperback as well as an immediately deliverable pdf version of the same text. We have had several schools adopt the text and they are quite happy. While we at SIMIODE are academics and not business folks we have found Noren and others on the Acutrack team to be very helpful to our business questions, indeed, even exceptional teachers in their own right as they show us the ways of commerce. Acutrack produces a high quality product at a great price. It's the reason I signed on with them...price. My clients are raving about the high quality of the book. The concerns I've worked through include the long onboarding process which was extremely clunky. They knew they needed to map shipping, but for someone new to this industry, I didn't know everything that would need to be mapped. A "mapping error" cost me hundreds of dollars and separately a "mapping issue" nearly cost me my Amazon Seller account. Working the kinks out took a long time. Their lead time is long. Their "fees" are a little higher than other estimates, too. Now that everything is up and running smoothly the process is seamless. Orders arrive, they fulfill and bill me monthly. I pay the bill. We start over. It's all good. Will I use them again? Maybe. I'm thinking that now I know their process things would be much smoother and easy to work out. The end product is terrific.
