I've called three times as I am interested in finding a new publisher for one of my books. first time was too early as you are out west and I'm central time zone. Second I was referred to a line and informed there was no one available to take my call. Third time a female voice answered and when I told her I was hearing impaired and to please speak up the phone went dead.
I have consistently found that Accutrack puts their customers first. They are attentive, amenable, interactive, prompt responsors. They work to ensure the customer gets exactly what is asked for in a timely manner. Because of my positive experiences over some 15 years, they are my "go to" service for video and print services.
Complete scam. Once they get your money and have you sign a contract you can never reach anyone. My boss worked with them on her book and they literally told us less than a week out they were not able to do it after receiving payment more than a month in advance. Very disappointing and they did not even offer an apology.
The company is very unprofessional we hired them to print our book and do fulfillment. They never delivered on the services they stated in the contract. This caused my book to be delayed by weeks as I found another printer. They are liars they make promises and never keep them. You can never get them on the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them.
The team at Accutrak worked really closely with me to produce a BEAUTIFUL book - I was so pleasantly surprised be the higher level of quality than I see with many hardbound books I've purchased. Acutrack integrated with our CRM and made the set up process for fulfillment easy. They provided a platform for checking the status of orders that allowed us to communicate with our customers when to expect their shipments. The only problem we came across was managing the fulfillment on subscription payments, which caused several customers to be shipped duplicate orders, but we found a work around.
