Always deliver on time with competitive rates
Unacceptable rude conduct by the mouthy and uncouth young lady at the counter. She was not even serving me. The one serving me was polite and speaking with a good tone - serving me properly - but the one next to her decided to scream at me when I was asking the person serving me a question. I suggest you teach your staff how to behave in a civilised manner as customers will have questions. Especially, when I travelled 40 mins to collect my money - but then I was told that the delivery is normally ready by 3pm and it will be even later due to the road closer - the day after the London Bridge attacks. This is acceptable, but the online system doesn't let us know, so a phone call or some form of email communication to liase this would have been appropriate. However, after taking time out of my very busy schedule I was told only dollars were available. I even purchased them, but frankly speaking I should have walked out and cancelled the full order due to the completely unacceptable behaviour by the young lady at the counter.
Always have a pleasant experience here and the rates are decent. Book in advance and collect or have it delivered. Great! Thanks
