DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES PITCH! The product is fine, no problems with that but the company itself is completely morally corrupt. What they tell you when they want you to buy bears no relation to what they tell you when you want to leave! We used the product for years and then decided it was no longer right for us so asked to cancel our contract. I had been told at point of sale that after the initial contract period (in our case 3 years) we would be free to leave with one months notice and nothing else to pay. Upon actually trying to leave we have been told that we cannot leave for ELEVEN MONTHS, and will then have to either return the trackers at our cost or pay over £160 on top of the nearly £400 of additional unwanted months. Having looked more into the company they set debt collectors on people after just a couple of missed payments (at which point the additional fees charged by the debt collectors can be roughly equivalent to the amount owed to Abax). They claim ignorance of how the product was sold by their own salesmen and could not care less about the customer. If I knew they were like this I would NEVER NEVER have signed a contract with them. RUN A MILE and go with another company that will treat you like a human being.

Very helpful with my enquiry when I reported three trackers had lost signals. Two came back on line but third one didn't so you sent a replacement and arrived the next day

The ABAX tracking system is brilliant. I work for an offshore wind farm and it has allowed us to track our tools offshore with a high level of accuracy. The price is fair and their customer service is great. We asked them to mark on their map the location of our wind turbines and they did it for every turbine. They will dispatch more trackers to you with next day delivery and they constantly monitor the health of their devices. Overall very impressed and a well build system.

The trackers work great and very reliable to the extent we had a customer chasing where our engineer was.. We were able to check on the tracker and advise they'd been on site for last 30 minutes. Customer support has been great and the customer dashboard/portal works really well.

I don’t usually write reviews unless I feel I have something genuinely useful to say, but ABAX UK deserves the mention. We use their tracking system at The Coffee Desk to manage our engineers and keep our customer interactions running smoothly. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has become a crucial part of our daily operations. The geofencing feature is brilliant – it gives us real-time visibility of where our engineers are, which helps us stay organised, especially in busy city areas. It’s not about micromanaging; it’s about ensuring everyone’s on the same page and delivering the best service to our customers. I have to say, the system has saved us more than once – including the time we found a van parked on a crowded London street after an engineer forgot where they left it. I don’t know who runs ABAX, but as a small customer, I’ve always felt valued. Their support is responsive, and the system just works without any hassle. We use to ABAX to track our company pool vehicles and from initial enquiry to ongoing support Jack has been really helpful. Can't fault their Customer Service.

Trackers not the best, Communication poor, as soon as you ask for information about cancellation of your trackers, Be aware of the renewal process they catch you out with, it’s as close to a scam how cute they get you

Here at Tillers Turf, and our sister company Fineturf, we have nearly 120 trackers fitted to our vehicles. I can't speak highly enough of Colin Cowx (our account manager). He is always there to help with any problems, or gets in touch to give advice and information on new products that could help our businesses. The whole system is very user friendly, and the gps positioning is very accurate.

Genuinely appalling company, after paying for their services for 4 years they’re pulling out small print and refusing to end our contract despite the reason being they’re unable to accommodate our business needs. (They don’t do cameras) Rude and incompetent staff with pushy and unpleasant sales. To add insult to injury our insurance company doesn’t recognise their trackers as good enough to have any affect on our premiums, something we were assured they would. I would strongly advise you stay well clear of them, another company that prey on small businesses through complex and completely unfair terms and conditions.

The customer service is brilliant. The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate. We have both vehicles & equipment on the system and they have been an asset to the business in tracking our vans and the equipment usage for helping keep on top of services.
