we cannot fault our experience with abax, particularly Luke who goes above & beyond to help us. We recently had our machines stolen from site, but thanks to abax and the incredible tracking abilities they have, our machines were found 👏🏼

Biggest waste of time ever. I have a tracker in my car which I know is 5 miles away. It’s saying it parked outside my house. I CANNOT wait to get out of this contract. My advice as a customer is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Abax if you are considering please avoid this company miss sold a product that they know is not fit for all purposes. the sales team are pushy and lock you into a 36 month contract.no cancelation even 14 days after. Product support was not help full and accounts made several mistakes taking money that was not due, taking twice and not returning money swiftly. please take note and avoid using this company you have been warned read the other reviews they is no smoke with out fire people.

Ordered 3 of the triplog6s trackers, trackers arrived and were installed following the manual, had an issue with all 3 not connecting, spoke with JONAS from the support team late on Friday, over the weekend he tried endlessly to get the trackers working, one worked for a few hours but wasn’t updating the location properly, after endless support from JONAS over the weekend we couldn’t get them working. So he agreed to swap the units with the better GOS units free of charge. The review is 4 stars only based on the support I have received from JONAS and he truly is a credit to the customer support team. I was considering cancelling but he assured me that this was not a common occurrence and he would do all he could to get it sorted.

Unable myself to resolve updating ABAX for our fleet vehicles, However nothing was to much trouble speaking to the Customer Service Representative (Jess) who swiftly resolved this and sorted everything out without any fuss.

Our experience as an ABAX customer has been very positive. Our account manager has been excellent and supported us from day 1, continuing with the same high standards years later. With a large fleet, sometimes it can be difficult to track the trackers, but the team do what they can to assist with this also! Unit installations were sometimes an issue in the past, but this has improved since they changed their installation partner. I'd definitely recommend.

My company uses Abax for mileage records. I’m not the best when it comes to technology and Jack is always happy to help. Very good service.

Jack Fowler walked me through the App - software , very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Great service. Recording mileage now very easy for me to do on daily basis.

ABAX couldn’t be more simpler - add to the mix outstanding customer service from Jack, not only do you get looked after. You don’t have to worry about HMRC breathing down your neck when they audit your business mileage. For the cost of ABAX , it’s a no brainier for any fleet management.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I unfortunately found Abax on google after having my car stolen and wanted to prevent this happening again. I was told it was a 12 month contract and could cancel at any point after the initial 12 months - not true! When I called after 15 months I was then advised that I had entered into a 36 month contract, I continued to pay until the end of the 36 as it was my error in not checking the T&C’s. I then had to chase on several occasions to understand my termination date and close my account to then be told I had to pay for the return of the devices. In my initial enquiry I specifically asked what would happen upon cancellation request and was advised I would either keep or dispose of the devices as that’s what I had paid for. They do a fantastic sales pitch to get you to sign up but as soon as you have it’s all based on lies!!!

Please be aware if considering using Abax trackers!! The Mini that was free when I got one vehicle tracker, has not been seen for 2 years! And yet they stated when the battery gets low they would automatically send the replacement out! In the night for some reason I get an email and text telling me my Cherry picker has left the yard! An hour later it tells me it’s entered the yard! I paid more for Abax because I didn’t want a contract! 2 years later when I tried to cancel, they told me I was under contract for 3 years! So that 3rd year is up now, they now tell me if I don’t remove and return the tracker to them there will now be a £90 penalty! When I started, they said pay an initial fee then the tracker is mine! Another lie! And they now want 90 days notice to cancel! Even after I told them a year ago I want to end the contract. ps my contract number is 16032, so yes trust pilot this is Genuine! Be careful fellow fleet owners! Phil , Brighton

Trackers aren’t the best , customer support not brilliant and don’t make it easy to cancel, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .
