Other than others slow to understand, lack of punctuation. It was a great learning experience. I got to learn many terms and a few new ways of using agile.

I participated in the CSM course instructed by Bonsy. She effectively conveyed in-depth material. The course structure was easy to follow. I derived immense satisfaction from the two-day live instruction. I took the CSM exam at the conclusion of the last session and passed! The course was excellent! The Instructor, Bonsy, provide an excellent instruction on the scrum framework. She used examples and analogies that were easy to understand and apply. I was ready to take the exam immediately!

The entire process to enroll was simple and easy to follow. They provided straightforward instructions to join your class, offered a number of different time frames to accommodate any schedule and provided ample pre-material before attending class. The instructor, Raj Katsuri, was highly engaging, knowledgeable and had the ability to teach to both the beginner learners and the more advanced learners in the class providing both very simple examples and more complex real-world scenarios for each concept. Excellent job!

The training was excellent, my instructor Bonsy was top notch she gave us plenty of real life relevant scenarios that you normally don’t find in this type of training. The road map was clear and the delivery was flowless
