I followed the 2 days class & training led by Bonsy Yelsangi, and I genuinely enjoyed it all, from the begining till the end, despite the significant timezone difference for me (CET). Not only she is extremely experienced on the topic and shared some useful pro-tips, but her interactive teaching with boards and team games made complex concepts quite simple to understand and fun ! I passed the Certification exam with high score on 1st attempt ! Thank you very much, I would highly recommend UC Agile and this Trainer :)

Bonsy was a great instructor. She gave us all the needed information, focused us on the most important things which helped many (based on Linkedin) pass their CSM at first attempt. I especially liked the engaging games in the groups. It let us not only learn about scrum but about each other, our reasons to come to the course and the like.

Bonsy did a great job. She provided a wonderful and engaging experience. The learning environment was professional yet friendly. She incorporated all learning/teaching tools particularly needed for adult learners and treated all equally (no favoritism) while keeping good control of time management. Her personal examples of experience were valuable and targeted to the topic at hand.

The course enrollment etc. went fine. But my query sent to the support email unanswered for almost a week. I have received automated / promotional emails from UGAgile since then, but ne reply to my specific query. I got a receipt for UGAgile for the entire course+exam etc. I need an itemized receipt that shows exam fee separately so that my employer can reimburse the fee. -Dhanashri

My instructor, Bonsy Yelsangi was amazing! I would recommend taking any of her courses. My only issue was with email communication. I had to keep following up again and again for the link to the zoom meeting.
