I recently completed a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course and found it to be a truly valuable experience. Bonsy had deep knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices, and was excellent at explaining both the theory and the real-world application of the framework. Structure of course presented somewhat dry material in an engaging and informative way. I was fully prepared to pass the exam following the course without referring to Scrum guide at all.

The material was communicated very well and in a way that was easy to understand and apply. Bonsy was a great teacher and kept the class interesting and interactive. Would highly recommend her class to anyone interested in becoming a CSM.

I love how interactive Bonsy's class was. I learned a lot and enjoyed working with my group members. I had taken a few courses about Agile and Scrum before, but Bonsy explained everything in such a concise and clear way that I understood the different elements and passed my test the first time. Bonsy might just be the best training instructor I've ever had. The class was interactive, had lots of different formats, had breakout sessions, etc. It was very engaging and she peppered us with wise advice. Just as I started thinking that she should write a book I found her book on Amazon! I took the test immediately after the class and was certified within an hour.
