I recently completed a two-day Scrum Master training, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience! The course was well-structured, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application. Our instructor was not only knowledgeable but also engaging, encouraging open discussions and sharing real-world scenarios that made the concepts come alive. I particularly appreciated the hands-on activities and role-playing exercises, which helped us grasp the intricacies of Scrum and its implementation in a team environment. The collaborative atmosphere fostered by the instructor and fellow participants allowed for valuable networking and sharing of experiences. By the end of the training, I felt much more confident in my ability to facilitate Scrum processes and support my team effectively. The materials provided were comprehensive and will serve as great references in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum and enhance their skills as a Scrum Master. I signed up via the Scrum Alliance site with UC Agile. All my interactions have been very professional and the class was great. If you want a boring class where someone shows content and talks at you, this is not the class for you. Danko broke the class into breakouts so we could discuss and learn from each other the topics at hand. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and share best practices. I highly recommend this class. I took it at 7am on the weekend and I still found myself looking forward to day2, that's how engaging it was.

The course was interactive and hands-on and walked you through the process steps. The instructor was excellent and engaging.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience in Bonsy’s Scrum certification course. On the first day of the course, I was not feeling well, which I communicated to Bonsy. Despite this, I actively participated in all the hands-on exercises and engaged in the discussions by asking and answering questions. However, after returning from our lunch break, I was unexpectedly removed from the class and received an email from Bonsy suggesting that I reschedule due to my health. I found this decision surprising and frustrating, as I was fully engaged in the course and had invested significant time and money into it. I immediately contacted customer service and, after 20 minutes on the phone, was allowed back into the class. Unfortunately, by that time, I had missed part of the session, which was not ideal. Upon rejoining, I sensed that the instructor’s approach towards me was confrontational for the remainder of the course, which made the learning environment uncomfortable. I found this behavior unprofessional and not conducive to a positive learning experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future sessions foster a more respectful and supportive environment for participants. I have already shared my concerns with my colleagues, as I believe constructive feedback can help improve future training experiences. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

The communication with the support team was amazing. Quick, understandable, and very friendly. The trainer - Brad Swanson was very good in explaining things and getting us ready to shine in the scrum world. Overall the experience was terrific!

Bonsy was very clear and direct with the course, and her real-life examples from her experiences were great. I took the exam the same day after completing the course and passed it with a 96% score.

Excellent engagement and content

I absolutely loved this course. Very interactive class, and I was able to immediately apply the Scrum values, and incorporate the framework into my current job role.

The class led by Raj was so interactive with the breakout sessions and he is very skilled in bringing those shy to talk in the discussions. His use of both drawings and charts emphasized the ideas.

The training & the trainers were good. I did pay extra for an extra 1-1 video chat and mentoring sessions for 21 days. My request for these sessions were denied as i was able to successfully complete my certification. Successful completion of certification does not mean all concerns were addressed. Repeated request to UC Agile did not result a valuable resolution. The 2 Stars does not reflect the competence of the trainer but of the company itself

Bonsy’s teaching style kept me interested and actively participating throughout the sessions. She made concepts easy to grasp with real-world examples.
