Very help full good web site liked it lots thank you very much
We just stayed one night but found everything to be fine. The quirky beamed pub is newly opened and under new management after being closed for several months. Our room was a good size with cotton bed linen, quality pillows and a superb shower.. It was steak night so we indulged ourselves with the offer of two steaks with all the trimmings and a botlle of wine for the bargain price of £18. The steak was cooked exactly as we both ordered (one rare and one medium rare) and the trimmings were all very nicely cooked and presented. The real ale was also well kept and the locals were friendly and welcoming. Would certainly return if in the area.
Stayed here with friends for a weekend in June. The Guest House is close to the town but in a quiet street. The rooms are comfortable en suite. The owners are really nice and provide a good breakfast. The B&B is very good value for money. Would go back.
Great stay the breakfast was fantastic the rooms clean tidy and comfy great location for town the owners very welcoming would recommend it to anyone who go's to plymouth
staying there shortly .hope its as good as its reviews
Great location, very good value for money.
The hospitality on offer at the Eiders is superb, from the moment we arrived to tea or coffee through to the choice and care at breakfast time is as good as we have experienced anywhere. Our thanks to Caroline for making our stay enjoyable even though the weather didn't help.
We had a great experience at the Mousetrap Inn. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good. Breakfast was great and the scrambled eggs were the best we had tasted, so it's top marks for the Chef and we told her so! The Inn is situated out of the Tourist centre, but still close enough to walk to the common in 5/7 minutes. Great before the Tourists started to pour in at about 9am! and of course after they had left for the day. Very enjoyable and we would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to others. Cheers for now.................JMH
The noise from the Road made sleeping a little difficult, Breakfast was very good but the owners were a little to firm with the rules of the House, would not go back their again.
Blackpool is not my favourite place but we were there for a conference and the Hesketh Hotel met our needs well. It is small and friendly and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. There was not a lot of space in the en-suit bathroom (we certainly couldn't both use it together) but the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to move about in the bedroom. I've had better breakfasts - it was was all a bit 'greasy', but as a sleep-in-only, budget hotel it met the bill admirably. Two plus points - free parking and a lift (useful for a second floor room when taking up cases)
well decided to go somewhere different this time the site was easy and clear, many thanks here to the next booking though you.
The booking process was easy - I liked the fact I could pay a small deposit and pay the balance once there - perfect! Better than other online websites.
Took two rooms as we were attending our son's wedding reception close by. Friendly, if a little intimidating, owner but a delightful location with well furnished en suite rooms. A bonus is the private sitting room with piano. Good value for money. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet country location.
top rooms easy to use and find has cheep prices and easy to read safe
We will use this lodge again. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, although the shower location is cramped. The water is a little coloured due to air bubbles. The breakfast choice is very good. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is beautifully scenic and a great base for Snowdonia and Bangor.
Well, toprooms worked fine, we got a great deal, but the landlady complained that toprooms had charged us far less than she wanted and that she would only once be so kind enough and not charge us more. Not really friendly!
The small twin number 1 room in the car park was fine for a couple of nights to save a long drive home after working in the area. For a couple of Landscapers who just wanted a pint something to eat and somewhere to sleep it was ideal !! Would stay there again if I was working in the area.
Hospitality was good, food was good and the place was nice and clean. Moreover, my son and I were made feel very welcome by the landlord and lady. It was in at the end of January that we visited and the weather freezing. Therefore, I would not expect to be overly warm, but although the radiators were turned to the highest setting, the room was actually still quite cold. However, I blame the weather rather than the heating system. If I ever revisited the area I would return to this guesthouse without a doubt.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back here!
Friendly and welcoming, with a great garden.
