I have booked two rooms through Toprooms and been dissapointed with both as the rooms I was given were not he ones as pictured on the site. The first B&B in Scalby I gave an avarage review due to the problems we experienced and it was never used on the website? Very strange! The second booking we were lied to about the changed of rooms and told the website was going to be changed - it never has - I did not bother reviewing this B&B because I got the impression that anything less tham perfect reviews are not used. I will not trust this site in future as I have never had simlar problem with the other booking sites. Glad I have had the chance to express my dissapointment.

The 2-bedroom apartment was superb, far larger than we needed and spotless. Very well equipped. Only two quibbles: when booking you are given the option of reserving an outdoor parking space outside the apartments, at a cost of 2 pounds per night. This is very cheeky, as there is no outdoor parking reserved and you merely park where you can in the street. It should also be made clear on the site that there is a surcharge for paying by credit card.

Easy to use. Booking was a breeze. Will use it again.

Photo did not reflect how bad the hotel was photos must of been 10years old hotel is given a 1-Star rating by us family room had damp sheets and pillows dog hairs in bedding security light kept other guest awake all night been in better work digs than that

Very simple website that provides an easy solution for booking a bed

Be careful using TopRooms. I booked bed and breakfast through their site recently. When I arrived, the hotel said they were not expecting me (claiming they had not been informed) and added they were unable to provide a breakfast! They said they'd informed TopRooms of this previously. I felt I was due a refund having been misled. The hotel said TopRooms were responsible for sorting that out. TopRooms said that was a matter for the hotel to sort as they have access to the site to make changes to their facilities. Frankly, I don't care! I'm a dissatisfied customer. Give me my refund and sort your bickering out between yourselves. Very poor service!
