Well the overall experience of booking through the Toprooms was OK but a lot could be done to make the experience great! The need to keep entering stay details for example could be streamlined so the main reason for the booking could be entered only the once. It needs to be clear as well what you are getting for your money. If this is a bed and breakfast booking request the costs need to include bed and breakfast.

The Beech Tree, Highcliffe. Very friendly, professional, clean, comfortable and homely. Delicious food and good value. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

good choice but vouchers were all out of date

Well im so funny when staying in B&B's and Hotels. They have to be clean and must not smell (you know what i mean by that smell). Anyway as we approached the Craimer's outside was lovely and clean. Paula (owner) gave us such a warm welcome and showed us to our room. It was immaculate not a bit of dust anywhere,then again the whole building was immaculate.The breakfast was lovely,which went down rather well after a lively night out!! We found a little gem with the Craimer so therefore I know where I shall be staying on my next visit to blackpool.

Recently booked a short break to Norwich using Toprooms.com, very easy to use, even for us Technophobes!

I stayed at a hotel that had been flooded a couple of months previous to my stay but had not been repaired, they bottom 2 floors had the carpets and walls ripped out due to damp and the lift did not work. None of this information was on the information page about the hotel and even the confirmation email failed to notify me of the hotels situation.

We were looking for accommodation just outside Winchester and TopRooms came up with a hotel which suited us perfectly

Lovely people, very clean and good breakfast.

The Old Rectory, Cricklade. Lynda and Colin were so friendly and welcoming. Even recommended where to eat, made the reservation for us and drove us there. The breakfast was home cooked and delicious, local products, home made preserves. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Margaret and Roger were ideal hosts for us and our Australian friends to experience the proper English way of life.

this is a easy site to book through, the only thing was i booked my stay via a cashback website, the posted rate ie. 10% has not as yet been credited from toprooms. other than that, a very good service

We both thought the room was a little on the small side and not very nice. Wasn't much room to swing a cat in. The breakfast was excellent though

Very easy to use website. If the hotel you want is full it gives lots of alternatives near by. I use it all the time and have never had a problem.

THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED ON LINE AT THE LAST MOMENT AND WE WERE SURPRISED AT THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. ON OUR ARRIVEAL WE WERE MET BY THE MANAGER WHO KINDLY PRODUCED AN UMBRELLA TO SHELTER US FROM THE RAIN. A NICE TOUCH! WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO FRIENDS.
