Beginning with what I don't like. They have inventory problems-shortages. It's not clear from the website. Found out by email they are out. Had to decide about substitute products or cancel order. Feels like waiting in line to buy an iPhone only to find out they are sold out. On the good side. They available for communication to educate and gave me a lot of freedom to choose a refund or substitute stock. Recommend daily updates on website when products are out of stock, like the way amazon does it.

I ordered a product and within a few days, it was on my doorstep! There were a couple of samples in the order as well as a nice thank you letter. It seemed very personal! I LOVE THIS! I have told my friends and will definitely order again.

I love all the deep and at-cost discounts since becoming a member, plus the 13% off every time I shop. They have a great selection on the superfoods I buy, like chia seeds, hemp seeds, spirulina, cacao. I also use Living Libations skincare and The Synergy Company superfoods powders, so I was really excited to see both of their products for sale, plus I get a discount by buying them on their site. Shipping has been really quick and the products I've purchased so far have been of great quality. I'm a happy customer! ♡ I enjoy everything Matt Monarch has to say. The customer service is great. The at-cost-specials enables a person on a tight budget to allow a purchase of such quality merchandise that is packaged in a utilitarian way.

I didn't realize how close their shop is. I plan on going there for much more. But for now I ordered both of the spiralizers that they carry. If you purchase both you get even a better deal. I am so pleased with my purchase. Also I called them to ask several questions before I placed my order and the lady that answered the phone was very patient and nice and answered all of my questions. I received prompt notice that they were out of an item order and asked if I wanted to substitute another item or something else. I indicated I wanted a refund for that item and was promptly refunded without hesitation. I was pleased with their attention to my order.

I ordered raw choc cakes, raw bread, & raw dressing. The service was great, delivered with an ice pack, I could really feel that my order was carefully packed with care. The products taste wonderful, and I am so grateful for the availability of these products for ordering when I can't bring myself to do my own production.
