I have been buying from Raw Food World for years and really love their products. They consistently offer good pricing and excellent quality. My only issue with them is that I don't get an email confirmation of my orders. I'm not sure if it is because I have the orders picked up instead of shipped. But it has recently caused some problems that in turn require me to spend time trying to get fixed :( Otherwise, I love the everything about Matt's business.

Getting used to taking my Hoodia and it is working to decreese my appetite. Haven't lost and weight yet but I am hopeful.

I have been honestly satisfied with how quickly customer service answers my emails regarding raw food inquiries. They answered to the best of their ability and even helped me custom order a superfoods kit with replacements of one product for another. I have also been satisfied with the quality of their products so far. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in superfoods products. Keep up the good work!

I found working with staff was very easy. They always answered my email. I do have a consern. I recieved a bogus shipping confermation from DHL. Wanting more information so they could complete my shippment. I feel this person compromized the order site of raw food world an attained my information. Other than that...Im pleased. Linda
