Have not received my order #57486. What gives?
Ordered the following on 02/11/2021: Piper 765-106 PA-28/PA-32 Inspection Hole Field Service Kit At the date of order, the product was represented in stock. Only after ordering was I notified that the product was not in stock and in fact would not ship until March 23rd. Disappointed I was not told this before placing my order. Please expedite my order. Thank you.
Delivery time is too late.
We had an AOG and paid the expedited fee to have an RG-500 battery shipped to us ASAP. During the receiving process, we noticed that the battery had been damaged, placed in another box and shipped to us. It's been more than a month and we are yet to receive our refund for the battery and the AOG fee. No one is picking up the phone, no one is responding to my emails. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company!
I ordered 2 Whelen LED par46 lights.Order 576218 They were a good price but I was told its going to take 65 days for my order to ship. I think that this is absolutely ridiculous. If I ordered the lights directly from Whelen it wouldnt take half as long. I'm still waiting and I need the lights. I wont be ordering from them again and I'll spread the word about my experience.
On 02/16/2021 we ordered 3 Kits of SKU# 505335. On 03/01/2021 we received 1 Kit along Packing Slip indicating a quantity of 3 Kits. It seems that there is 2 tracking numbers for this order. FedEx tracking number 784114532099 is showing returned to Skygeek and signed for by SSmith on 02/26/2021. Return appears to be due to missing labels or not the correct ones. Been trying to contact Skygeek 4 times with no positive results. This product is urgently needed for aircraft assigned to McConnell AFB.
After waiting for 25 days I still haven’t received my order. You ask me to review an order that still hasn’t shipped, you should probably check your business practices.
Still waiting for my aviation parts. Order was placed Feb 4th still waiting for the hardware (4 MS20500-624). It is now Feb 26th. Not a reliable company if you need to finish aviation projects on time. This has happened more than once with SkyGeek. Can not recommend using this company if you need parts within a reasonable amount of time. I have not received updates for shipping times from skyGeek other than from FedX which states "Scheduled delivery: Pending" from CT.

Took way tooooo long to fill and ship order
I place an order # 573506 on 1/26/2021 for SKU 0515-700XXIKG22K PPG Aerospace Super Koropon 515-700 Green DMS Type I Comp A Spec Fluid Resistant interior Epoxy Primer Gallon kit. The order delivered on 2/4/2021 many days delayed. This order items were shipped by FedEx to Taiwan by Skygeek. I paid the shipping cost $1038.07. But, the order items were not the right one (515-700/910-704) but a wrong one SKU 0515K011XXIG22K (515K011/910-012). Skygeek totally made mistake. It is a two different products. Shipping department make such a terrible mistake, it is unacceptable. Now I have to take care to make correction by contact Skygeek complicate return procedures to return products from oversea country. Can I trust Skygeek again? Please answer me!!!

I ordered an aircraft timer. When it arrived it was apparent that it was defective. I contacted customer service regarding the problem. They quickly replaced the defective item. I was impressed with the quick resolution to the problem.
Items took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Notwithstanding the inefficiencies of USPS these days, the delivery could have been quicker particularly given the sizable "shipping" fee for only two small siphon valves. Disappointing.
I have not recieve my order yet
Some materials were backordered. A week after my order, I received an email saying the entire order was to ship the following day. One week after this I follow up as I had not received my order. Apparently two items were still backordered and the rest of the order was still waiting on these parts which could be weeks out. Two weeks after my order, nothing had shipped! A phone call resolved it and the in-stock parts shipped. Almost three weeks to receive parts that were in stock when I ordered. This is a little frustrating and is not communicated clearly on the web site. Advice: do not order online but call and talk to a representative.
The part I ordered ended up being on back order but it did not say that on the website. I’ve been grounded for two weeks waiting on simple engine mounts. When I contact SkyGeeks and asked them to ship them overnight once the parts came in I was told no. Still grounded and don’t have my parts. I will never buy from them again.
Customer service is subpar. When I finally got a response via email to my question about a part they had listed, it didn't answer my question, which I thought very clear initially...so after days of awaiting that response, I responded back saying that they didn't answer my question and they responded they weren't technicians... All I was asking them do was verify the part number to the description...their part number and description didn't match the vendors...simple stuff, but since they aren't "technicians", apparently it's just too hard. I'll order from Wix or Wag Aero.
I purchased the product and I’m still waiting for it due to covid it was back ordered that was about three weeks ago
