BEWARE OF ACROSS THE BOARD 15% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!!!!! Even if the product you are returning is unopened, has not been used and is for example 12 cans of cleaning product. They will charge you 15%. You will also have to pay for shipping. So either get your product from somewhere else or "TRUST" them to do the right thing.

We had an international order & a credit from them but after many e-mails they said finally "I apologize for the confusion.There is no credit in your file. Please refresh your systems to show the updated no credit due." but this is not true. Skygeek is untrustworthy. Never & never use skygeek.com, We never recommend this site to everyone! Bad customer service reps with attitudes. BE CAREFUL& SMART!

The wire I ordered was advertised to be 2 conductor shielded cable. It arrived and was not shielded, hence the 1 star review. On the flip side, when I contacted the SkyGeek about the problem, the CS Rep asked for a picture, which I promptly sent. Upon receipt of the picture, I was given a RMA number and the SkyGeek FedEx account number to return the wire at their expense for a full refund. Very good customer service. I have received other items from SkyGeek that were exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, this item was not.

Had a international order from them. They unfortunately wrote doubble value on the customs declaration, and even split the shipment to two different adresses. So the customs got doubble as expensive. And the only answer I got from them is that they have nothing to do with this. Disapointed

I had been trying to get this part for 2 months from 2 other rather large tool companies who not only said they had it but shipped me the wrong part only to refund my money. I ordered from you and not only did I receive the right part the first time,but received it a day early. Now that's BUSINESS.

Order and pay for two shipping.four day pass no ship date call to cancel must pay 15% order cancellation fee , rip. Good to know who not to buy from.

Order one or two day shipping and they will wait 10 days and then ship it. Bad customer service reps with attitudes. Company makes sure THEIR policies are followed no matter how long the customer waits for the order and then charges a 15% restocking charge when you get tired of waiting try to cancel. Bozos would be better. SOB's of Aviation Suppliers

could not fill order for over 30 days. stay away--they do not know what they are doing. after 5 calls I still could not get what I wanted. Something as simple as firesleve. Forget about getting a full refund

BE CAREFUL! I ordered parts, got a ship date 2 weeks in the future (too late for me. Emailed cancellation request right away (1 hour after placing the order). Desiree Baldelli responded saying they'd only give partial refund and charge a restocking fee. Very inflexible. UPDATE: I was VERY pleased to receive a call from Kathy Bates about this. She refunded the cancellation fee, and apologized. For me, it's not the money as much as the negative attitude of the responses from the original salesperson. I suggested that the expected shipping date be posted prominently for customers before placing the order, to reduce confusion. Her call meant a lot, and I plan to continue as a customer due to it. I'm changing this review to 4 stars for now, but if the website becomes more clear, this will be a 5 star review.

I ordered a part not knowing about its long delivery time since it had to be shipped out to Germany. They somehow collect a few items which go overseas in order to save freight or whatever. When I found out two days later how long it would take I cancelled my order. 20 minutes later I had a cancellation confirmation and full refund of my payment even though they appearently had already started to process my order. The lady in charge was Kathryn Donahoe.

I ordered oil filter adapters for a Cessna 210 and a 172. Sky geek's photo clearly showed hoses with the adapter, but when the adapters were sent one arrived over a week later the other over a week and a half later, even though they were ordered at the same time... worst of all, no hoses! When I called and mentioned the hoses were clearly shown in the photo Kathryn Donahue agreed that was the case, 19 days later still nothing, calls and emails being ignored. I've already had to postpone my annual once... Sky geek's site shows nearly 5 full stars, on the independent review sites I've only seen one single review over 1 star.
