I purchased some paint (a little pricey but that is Aerospace) i paid to ship same day and send NDA. I did not receive my product till 2 day later tried to contact SkyGeek to talk about and received NO Response from SkyGeek as if they dont care!! Randy
It took me more than four months to get the item after I ordered it, even though I wanted it early. Even if I made inquiries about the product many times, the response was very poor. I regret not having to order on this site.
The only reason for not getting full stars was the fact that there was a slight delay in the collection date due to stock shortage, but other than that, excellent service. It's always a pleasure doing business with you. :D

Still havent received my fuel primer line UPDATE: received line, exactly as described and my plane is back in the air. In hindsight I don’t think it was fair to knock skygeek for slow shipping considering what’s going on with the shipping industry lately

With all the supply chain issues we're all experiencing, we've been scrambling to find epoxy and mixer nozzles. Other vendors were coming up with empty promises and missing the mark. It was incredibly discouraging. We were in a pickle. A small manufacturer who still has high demands coming in. The wait is legitimate! We have this at least 75% of our vendors. We were able to get enough to get us over the hump. I am incredibly grateful. Customer service is working their tails off. They're transparent and can hustle. Given our demands, we cannot use SkyGeek as a vendor at all times but they are on my list of emergency contacts for these items!

Overall a very good experience with my order, even though it took a couple of tries to get it right. I was looking for a compass mount. Unfortunately, their website had the wrong part number associated with the photo of the compass mount. When I received the incorrect mount, It didn't take long to get it all sorted out, and I now have the compass mount I wanted in the first place.
I've contacted to SkyGeek customer support team for several times due to wrong commercial invoice issue. (cost, item difference than order history) nobody answered on the phone either. !!!
Item hasn’t shipped since almost “two months” now despite online payment made. Initially website showed it will ship in 1-2 days which later showed 28-31 days. Now it’s almost 2 months and still no news. Worst part is nobody even care to reply to emailsss or receive phone callsss. “Highly risky company to deal with” BEWARE..!!!!
Got here within 2 days and was exactly what we needed to finish the order. Perfect and to the standards required for our contract.
Mil Spec items do not come with a lot number to certify the mil-spec. In the past there was no issues in getting this number and unfortunately they no longer provide it.

I buy a lot of aircraft parts. I decided to try SkyGeek and placed a simple order with them for a part for the carburetor on my Lycoming engine. The package arrived but contained a part in a sealed bag that was not the part the corresponded to the part number. It wasn't close. The bag was marked with the correct part number. I called SkyGeek to try to sort things out because I suspected there was an error in their stock. Carmen, the customer service representative, asked me to send images of the part in the bag and a close-up of the bag. I explained that this part is needed to complete an annual inspection and that my airplane was out of service until I got the part, so I'd appreciate it if they checked their stock and send me the right part immediately. It is a $17 part, and their error, so I anticipated no problems. A few days later I got an email from Carmen. The email told me that I would get a refund if I sent the part back to them AT MY EXPENSE and PAID A RESTOCKING FEE. No mention that they were going to send me the correct part . . . Unbelievable.
Terrible, very strange experience. I ordered some aviation oil, some CamGuard, and a bottle of bug remover. Over two weeks later I still had not received my order. I used the online form to send a message about it, but got no response. Finally I got a hold of someone and was told the order had never even been picked from the warehouse. I cancelled the order.
