I ordered rivets overnight UPS Red because we needed them right away. This option was available and status showed in stock. The parts did not ship for a week and when they did, they were shipped Overnight Red UPS. I talked through email only with customer service immediately when I received notification the next day that they would not ship for 6 more days. I never did get a reason they were not shipped immediately. This is the second time this has happened to me with SkyGeek. I will never use again.

For some reason, orders from SkyGeek seem to be delayed, longer delivery times, or even get lost (as my last order was). Prices and selection are good, otherwise.

Everything went exactly as I requested online, without calling someone. The ability to get same day shipping for $10, and request the needed manufacturer's certs, and overnight shipping, allowed me to have everything I needed.

Showed item "in stock" so I ordered. They did not ship and when I called they told me they only ship same day or next day if you pay the extra $10. Not sure when the item will show up. They claim it will be 3 business days after the order.
I placed my order at 3 AM. I needed to ad something I forgot and called them when they opened. I was told I could not modify my order because it was "processed" and if I cancel I woudl be charged. I asked if they could compensate the differnece in shipping, since I did not want to pay double shipping. I was hung up on. Going on 5 hours and trying to get a hold of someone. I contacted theri supplier Aircraft Tool Supply (ATS) and they do not see an order for me and they have plenty in stock. however they did not see my order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Ordered batteries from them over two weeks ago. They won't answer their phone or call back when I leave them a message. Also tried contacting them by email a day ago with no response. I am very unhappy with skygeek and do not plan on ever using this company in the future.
BEWARE OF ACROSS THE BOARD 15% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!!!!! Even if the product you are returning is unopened, has not been used and is for example 12 cans of cleaning product. They will charge you 15%. You will also have to pay for shipping. So either get your product from somewhere else or "TRUST" them to do the right thing.
