Horrible company don't order anything from them ordered some parts they told me that they were going to be in stock wound up getting numerous emails week later stating that the parts weren't going to come in for another month then they took 15% restocking fee off the top of the parts that never shipped horrible company

I bought the wrong tool for the job. $25 bucks for a cheap china job. Asked to return it and that said "Sure" We'll have to send you a RMA number. After many more requests for the RMA I was just ignored. However they sent me requests, almost daily to give them a good rating. I was going to buy another tool as well! These skinflints suck. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I made a special effort to confirm delivery date by calling SkyGeek before I placed the order. Receiving an email from UPS that indicated the shipment would NOT be delivered on time, I called SkyGeek and asked a lady, Desiree (who should NOT be working in Customer Service!) to reroute the (small) package to an address in the US that was on my way back home in Mexico. This person stated first that it was “company policy” to not reroute shipments and as it was HazMat, it was not possible to reroute the package. Calling UPS, I was no told it was NO problem to reroute but the request would have to come from the shipper. Calling them again with this information, they refused to make the call to UPS. Another person (Mike) told me in a later call that he would investigate and call me back (he didn’t). After spending HOURS on this matter, I called Amex to dispute the charge which they did. I am DONE with these guys! Fortunately, our company receives excellent service in these type of matters from Spruce and Sporty’s.
