Very good price but showed as "48hr delivery" however item was not despatched for 3 days...

Ordered in time for Christmas, I rang on 24th to enquire but there had been a problem and the item ended up not being dispatched. These things happen and there simply wasn't time to sort it. I was refunded immediately and dealt with really well. Disappointing and effected a Christmas gift for my wife. However the company responded really well to make us feel better when they didn't have to. Clearly they value good service.

Falsely advertised a pair off lelli kelli shoes then made out not in stock after a few days. Brought as a Christmas present from Santa for my daughter. What a let down. They offered me to buy a different pair of shoes from their site, Sell something you haven't got then get the customer to spend their money in your shop. Would never by from these again
