The shoes were as described which I was very pleased to note. Having bought these before in a shop I felt confident to buy them on line, not being one to like the bother of returning goods as its a hassle for both parties, I do like web orders to work out. I found the price fair after looking in shops for comparable shoes. The service was speedy, and the free post and packaging obviously was up there in the positive considerations as to whether to use this particular internet option or not. Would I buy from the company again? Would I recommend the company? yes for both. smiley face time. rating: 4 * value and service P.S. shoes.co.uk - It would be even bigger smiley face if the plastic bag could be a recycled bag (plastic) (5 stars) or ideally a HUGE smile face (5 stars) for a recycled paper wrapping. I initially bought the shoes thinking that that they were suede shoes from the photographic image but was slightly disappointed to find that they were leather shoes. I wanted suede shoes in that style because I wanted softer leather type shoes to be more comfortable for my sore feet. I was very pleased with the service i.e.the parcel was delivered the next day as promised. The after care by your staff when contacted was very sympathetic and helpful when contacting your company to return the shoes and get a refund.g wouldn't hesitate to use your company again and advise others likewise.

The slippers are good quality and the fit is adequate for my broad feet. Depending on longevity these Padders slippers are a good buy. Delivery took 3 working days, not too bad!

They state 48 hour standard delivery but then turns out to be whatever they like, as all items listed in stock are not actually immediately available for dispatch if ordered before 2pm as advertised - they ship from manufacturers instead taking much longer, so do not trust these people if you need anything as quickly as they promise! UPDATE to retailer's response: No, still not received both pairs ordered, only one to date as both sent separately from different sources. Hence the negative review, as however you want to try and excuse the delay, the details I was presented with when ordering clearly stated 48 hours delivery and same-day dispatch if ordered by 2pm, which they were - not my problem you don't keep your T&C's up to date, so yes I stand by the title of this review, and the rating, as your supposed faster delivery service was of primary influence in my purchasing from yourselves versus any other shop.
