Terrible experience. The company claims to have a "best price guarantee," but their customer service is non-existent. The email listed on their website doesn't even work—emails just bounce back. I also tried reaching out to them on Facebook but got no response there either. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Awful awful awful. Sent a brand new phone. Fobbed me off with needing to do checks??? On a sealed phone?? Keep telling me they will payout. They have had it for 48hrs and still nothing. Would never ever use this company again. Maxima sends over the very minute it’s confirmed. Don’t waste ur time with these people. Shocking!! Have lost my patience now and not recieving any response.

This company may be not the company who receive your phone but supports 3rd party companies and there customer service is shocking for a start there email don’t work that’s advertised on their website. The company in question I will post and update on here when I get my phone back which I still don’t have as the agent keeps offering me counter offers which I have requested from day one to send it back. Please stay away and save your device

Offered me £191 for my immaculate iPhone 12, The phone had been in a case and had a screen saver on since day 1 so was in pristine condition. Sell my mobile sent me an email once they had received it saying that there was a problem and to open up a link of which was a video of my phone trying to explain why they had withdrawn the original price of £191 and were offering me £125 as the phone was not in good condition, trying to say that there was signs of wear on the screen and casing . The video was taken from a distance and obviously didn’t show up any marks on it , and it wouldn’t as the phone had zero marks or scratches. I reluctantly accepted the offer as I had read reviews on phones going missing if customers did not accept the revised offer and wanted the phones returning. The money was transferred into my account within 24hrs . My advice would be to avoid this company, they inflate the price they offer you , with no intention of paying out the agreed price .Note to oneself “ if it sounds to good to be true it usually is” . There are a lot more GENUINE Companies about that can be trusted, my phone was worth £150/£160 . Do your research and read reviews….

Offered my £81.00 for my samsung galaxy A52s 5G, excellent condition when i sent it off to them was only 2 year old. Arrived with them they then offered me £10 said it was badly damaged inside, their was burn marks u under the screen so it would need everything replacing! Absolutely shocking eventually arrived back to me and sold it no problem to a proper phone company. Iv been advised that these type of people do it so you just except a lower price instead of messing around trying to get your phone back. Please be careful with these guys.

Sent my device off and haven’t received payment. No communication at all despite emails complaining. Avoid this company, as others have said!

Don't use this site. They will direct you towards a scammer who will accept your phone but will never pay you the agreed price. Neither company responds to emails, calls, etc. Reported to Action Fraud along with the company they directed me to.

Claim to be a broker but do nothing but advertise for companies you can't reach.

Do not use they are a bunch of crooks Knocked the price of the phone down, they said there were very minor scratches on phone that would impact the performance of the phone. Phone was in perfect condition always used and kept in a case. They will now sell on the phone as immaculate.

Offered a comparable price to other companies however on receipt of phone they graded it a poor/damaged (phone had just been refurbished through an insurance company). Not prepared to discuss an appropriate revaluation so got the return and sold to another company at full quote cost. Avoid.

BEWARE! I was quoted £281.50 from Ur for a Samsung S21 Ultra in absolutely perfect condition. They then contacted me to say they had "tested" it and it had "screen burn" and would need an expensive repair before they could sell it on and offered me £10. The screen was perfect...they were at it. Avoid Ur like the plague!

Sold two phones using this service. Both similar condition. iPhone 11 I was paid over £200 no issues. 2nd phone iPhone SE 2020, the company used said there were scratches on the screen (It has has a protector on since out of the box) chips on phone (again been in a protector since new) and they will have to replace the screen. It is is perfect working condition and they have now gone quiet on email after offering me less than half of what was agreed.
