I have been working with Right at Home Oxford for more than 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I started to work as a Care Assistant while I was studying in London, and the company gave me the structure I needed to improve my English, skills and understanding of domiciliary care in the UK. I could progress to my current position in a supportive and healthy environment, where the respect is the basis for work and commercial relationships, and the quality of care delivered is taken as a the centre of our actions. It is a privilege to work with a company that values the human being above all. Having been a nurse for 30 years, I can tell that this is one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my life.
Right at Home Oxford - do not recommend working here especially if you are coming from overseas on a sponsorship visa. Work you to the bone, bad pay for what you have to do, minimal 5 minute breaks in between each client visit, make you pay back the sponsorship fees when they drive you out the company before the end of your contract because the conditions are so terrible. Profit comes before anything else, I could go on. If they treat their own staff like this, makes you wonder how they have any compassion for their customers. Don't believe what the website says about it being a wonderful place to work. It's not! If you're considering coming on a sponsorship visa, think again!
Working for Right at home is great :), you get to meet so many great people in there own homes & it can be so rewarding . All my colleagues I have worked with so far have been fantastic and they`ve shown a real passion and enthusiasm for the job as well as having the clients wellbeing at heart. Training is top quality and there is always plenty of support on the end of the phone if you should need it. Plus the flexible hours mean I get to enjoy life outside of work to! :}

Right at Home Bristol is a great company to work for, the staff are all very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. The training offered is very informative and thorough and if you have any issues these are quickly rectified. I have enjoyed my time with Right at Home so far.
