Left Right at Home because carers repeatedly late, rude and often injured the patient (seemed to be training issues and carers too arrogant to resolve). Management ignored issues as it appeared that they wanted an excellent rating from the CQC. Accounting issues with the deposit. Guess there is a reason why most of the good reviews here are from employees.

I only lasted a few months as a carer. Such a stressful job , sending you miles away and giving you 15 minutes to get there. Impossible to finish on time and never got paid any extra. I found the management very cliquey and had their favourites so if your face didn’t fit you was treated like dirt. Was also asked at training to give them 5 star reviews , so don’t believe they’re genuine.

I can’t speak highly enough about RAH Swindon I have joined this company 1year ago and can’t thank enough the office team how amazing, helpful, informative, professional and friendly they are . Every issue is promptly addressed and I know that I can approach the staff for any concerns or even going there for a chat and cup of tea. Recently I lost my father who was my best friend and my hero and found it really hard to cope but the office staff has supported me immensely, I can’t express enough the gratitude and they don’t realise how much they have helped and still helping me through this tough time, RAH office team . Thank you for your support, thank you for your understanding, thank you for bein amazing, I’m really proud to work for you . Thank you

I have worked for Right at Home for 4 years. I can't fault the company. They genuinely care about us, giving us the opportunity to grow as a carer and within the company. They go above and beyond to provide high-quality care to their clients. I've worked in the care sector for nearly 15 years and I can hands on heart say they are the best company I have worked for!

I have known Right at Home UK since 2022, and I can confidently say they are head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to care services. Their dedication to ethics, values, and compassion truly sets them apart from other providers. From the start, the team at Right at Home UK has consistently demonstrated their commitment to delivering high-quality care. Their training program is top-notch, ensuring that their caregivers are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate and supportive. It’s clear that they place a strong emphasis on treating their clients with dignity and respect, which makes a world of difference. They lead by example, never asking anyone to do anything they wouldn't be prepared to do themselves. What impresses me the most is their ethical approach to care. They go above and beyond to ensure that their clients' needs are always the top priority. Communication with both clients and their families is always transparent, and their support extends far beyond just physical care - which I haven’t seen elsewhere. If you’re looking for a care provider with strong values, excellent training, and a truly compassionate team, I wholeheartedly recommend Right at Home UK. Their unwavering dedication to providing the best possible care and support is absolutely remarkable. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way Right at Home has treated me. I wasted two months attending weekly training in a location far from my home, which required significant time and effort. On top of that, I was forced to complete a massive assignment, wasting hours of my time with absolutely no return. Despite being approved in both tasks and even being given a uniform, I have been waiting for a year to receive work hours, and I have not heard a single response from them. My emails have been completely ignored, which is unacceptable. The time, effort, and money I invested have been completely wasted because the company showed zero consideration for my dedication. Furthermore, I worked for two days to complete a training that I was promised payment for, and yet, to this day, I have not received a single cent. This is utterly unacceptable and only adds to the total disregard I have been shown. As if that weren’t enough, I still have not received any certification for completing the work, even though I met all the requirements. The sheer lack of organization and respect has caused me significant financial and personal losses, and it’s truly shocking that a company like yours would treat people this way. I don’t recommend anyone work for this company.

I have worked for Right at Home Mid Sussex for over 7 years, and cannot rate the Management and CareGivers highly enough. The ethos of the company is to look after vulnerable adults with the same respect and dignity that you would afford your grandparents, as well as ensuring staff are well rewarded and have enough time to build genuine relationships with their clients. All our CareGivers feel safe, secure and prepared for all eventualities, and get great satisfaction by making a difference every day.

Having joined Right at Home over 4 years ago it been a fantastic experience. From the training and onboarding right through to support from the National Office. Our Business Support Manager is one of the best and really does understand the Homecare sector.

I joined Right at Home in 2019. I've not looked back! Quality care is core of everything at Right at Home - both clients and colleagues. I would definitely recommend Right at Home to look after your loved ones and equally as a great place to work.

Right at Home is a company I've been involved in as an employee and then Franchisee for almost 10 years and without exception, the focus has always been on high quality, professional care services. Their determination to reach the very highest levels of service is constant and I'm extremely proud to be part of this network.

Right at Home has been a wonderful company to work for. They provide in depth training, great office support and the care being provided is person centred with the client at the heart of their care. In my 3 years of employment, I have always felt supported and listened to.

I have worked for Right at Home for nearly seven years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. As a single mum of three young children I was able to fit the work in around family life, meaning I was still able to meet the needs of my busy family. From the moment I started I felt welcome, induction training was thorough, then I shadowed some of the regular carers until I felt ready to work independently. Over the years I have progressed within my career and am now the Register Manager of one of the branches. Since becoming an RM the support not only from my team but also from head office has been fantastic, knowing there is always someone there to help makes a big difference and not something I have experienced in some of my past work placements.

I have been fortunate to have been part of the Right at Home network for 8 years now. Since starting with them, what shines through is the integrity with which they work and the absolute desire to provide the best possible care to all of its clients and the best possible working environment for all of its staff. We are very proud to have extended this ethos of 'no compromise on quality' to our clients and our care teams, which has led to us being one of the highest regarded employers in the Mid Sussex area, with a reputation second to none with our clients.

I've been involved with Right at Home for a while now and I'm blown away by the quality of care they always manage to achieve, not just in my area but across the country. Care isn't an easy job, we all know that, but Right at Home makes a massive effort made to pay carers properly and make their working environment as good as possible.

Fantastic company to work for.

AVOID! Absolutely disgraceful place to work. I wasn’t allowed to read my contract before I signed it which meant I can’t claim back any money I am owed. They never told me when I was due to start work, my shifts would change hourly & often I had to help other carers who were clearly frustrated that I hadn’t been given adequate training or PPE

We started with a couple of hours a week for my father after an operation, but later needed to move to a 24 hour model of care. Right At Home provided excellent carers (with a couple of exceptions who still provided good care, just seemed rather unhappy and later left the company). The carers were all lovely, caring people, very respectful of an elderly man. Veronica (Farnham branch) was herself very caring, helpful, highly organised and supporting of ourselves as well as my father. Right At Home managed my father's care until his death, and as we lived several miles away we could not have managed without them. Highly recommended - thanks for everything.
