Awesome Technical Assistance Frankly, I am a layman when it comes to websites. They help me with issues on my site that aren't really their problem and it is invaluable. I have only had two issues: 1) outage due to a fiberoptic cable being cut (not pressable's fault) 2) security protocols they installed on thier host servers shut down my contact forms (pressable's fault but they fixed it that day).

I've had a lot of hosting companies. I love Pressable. If you've ever stared down a C-Panel, then looked at Pressable, you'll know what I mean. Because Pressable is an offshoot of WordPress, it means that everyone is in love with WordPress. I haven't met a support rep that hasn't been. I've contacted support numerous times and 1. They're always there, instantly. 2. It's always a real person waiting to help who cares about my problem. 3. Even though I have smaller sites, I have never felt "small." 4. There have been times where Pressable customer support has fixed problems I don't think they owned... they went that far above and beyond for me. These are the types of companies that aren't simply things I need, but they're points of joy in my day. No exaggeration.
