My woocommerce web shops ran on a cheap server, which made the website very slow and often gave error messages. After switching to Pessable this has improved enormously. The service is super good. Just keep in mind that you have to pay extra if you use a standard service such as e-mail, for example. The subscription does not provide you with everything that is essential to run a website. You have to pay extra for this. Even if you want to be able to run automatic updates, you will have to pay an additional monthly amount. This makes it quite expensive all together. I have now chosen not to purchase these extra services. As a result, I have a well-functioning website, but I miss a number of things that were included as standard with my other hosting provider.

First of all, Amanda was amazing from start to finish. She made the transition very seamless and painfree. I was a little skeptical but she answered every single question I had and never makes you feel like a burden or hassle. Customer service has been good and so far I like the product. Still learning some nuances but it's been pretty simple to transfer to from other hosting.

I moved from WP Engine to Pressable because they had feature parity, better pricing, and higher traffic allowances. I used Pressable's migration tool, which was seamless and perfect. The most significant difference I observed with Pressible is that my WP Admin and site are noticeably faster. Another benefit is that my billable visits align with my site analytics report. With WP Engine, I would get Sales emails telling me I was close to reaching my billable visit limit and they wanted me to upgrade, even though their visits were much higher than my site analytics reported. Now, my site analytics align with the billable visits, making me feel like I can trust Pressable much more than WP Engine. Additionally, while I have not needed it much, their support has been responsive and helpful, and I love that they have a 100% uptime guarantee. Lastly, they will buy out your annual contract with WP Engine, which I took advantage of, making the move even more affordable. My only wish is that I had moved to Pressable sooner.

They really give technical support. They went above and beyond when I had issues with my website due to migration. Checked the website, explained how to fix certain things, and pointed me to resources to continue to work on it.

I just switched to Pressable from another host and wish I had done it sooner. I am a very experienced web developer and have been looking for a great hosting company for a long time. Let me put it this way: Pressable is SO GOOD it seems too good to be true. When does that ever happen these days? It’s life-changing hosting and support, and this is not an exaggeration. My sites are faster, more secure, easier to update, a breeze to migrate, and the list goes on and on. I sincerely hope that Pressable can maintain this incredible business model and remain light years ahead of all other hosting platforms forever.

Had an error showing on Google's Search Console - Asked Pressable if they could help and within 10 mins they were able to fix the problem and put a patch. Also, they helped me add a domain via Godaddy to sync a new website and it was prob like 5 minutes. Overall, what you pay for is what you get. This is a great hosting company for any skill set but the peace of mind that Pressable has your back is the premium! Thank you!

So far, excellent service throughout. Everyone is so at-tentative and on an issue within any initial onboarding issues. If the level of service we have so far experienced carries on like this then we will be more than pleased!

OMG Jessica in customer support is the best! My site wasn't loading on my laptop; I kept getting expired SSL certificate errors even though Jessica was able to verify that the certificate was current. I am not a web designer and know zilch about the technical aspects. But I felt like I was in good hands. Jessica was kind and patient and was ready to work the problem until she figured it out - it took over an hour! She even gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jessica is amazing at her job - do whatever you have to to keep her! Kudos to her and to whoever trained her. Customer service like this is exactly why I chose Pressable and why I will stay with you folks! Thank you so much! Lori
