I am a new customer but have worked with multiple hosting companies throughout my career. This technical support team is by far above and beyond any other company I have worked with. Any issue or question I have for them they happily answer. Today Matthew was great in helping me with my email CNAME and MX record setup.

Pressable is absolutely the best! It took me hours trying to figure out an issue with a WP Theme and the theme developer was no help. The customer service team and specifically JESS was able to help me troubleshoot and fix the issue in literally seconds. Saving me time and more importantly helping me better serve my customers as well. My client would have been very upset if I couldn't make a critical edit to made right away and the Pressable team saved my *%&$

Jess and the rest of the team at Pressable have been amazing. I was working with another hosting platform (that cost a bit less) and the customer service was awful. The customer service aspect of Pressable is well worth the small premium over other hosting platforms.

We are a 20 year old British family office and decided to invest in some informational websites to provide resources to people and companies to help them counter the crippling effects of C19. We're not technical folk. Despite having never laid eyes on Wordpress before we decided to go with it and after a couple of hours of research it was a toss up between Pressable and WP Engine as to who we choose to host our stuff. We had a call with both a representative at WP Engine and Zach at Pressable. Zach was friendly and informative against a curt and impatient representative from WP Engine. We're now 6 weeks into both Wordpress and hosting with Pressable and the only way to describe their support is Breathtaking. We have probably pestered (emailed) the support department 10+ times in the six weeks we've been with them with basic requests and every time our query has been responded to promptly (within 2 hours) and diligently. On the single occasion that it took longer to resolve (4 hours) the change required they followed up twice to check it had been fixed. We have also upgraded plans since we started as we're going to move some more of our other stuff to it. If you have a Wordpress requirement and are looking for prompt email support we would recommend you give Pressable a shot.

I originally rated this company as 5 stars. I had been with the company for a couple of years and the customer service was excellent. It appears there may have been an in-house shuffle of employees and the customer service has got exceptionally worse. Billing changed without warning with additional add-ons for storage! I referred many clients to pressable! Their billing has changed as well with no warning. I have lost all trust in pressable! Beware! You may get scammed as well.

Matt was amazing..Patient and beyond super helpful...He connected my Godaddy domain to my staging website, which I struggled to do. He was nice enough to use my log in info and do it for me. Just awesome! He gave me a number of tutorial links also...Give this guy a promotion!!! He rocks!!!!

Pressable has provided reliable WordPress hosting and some of the best technical support I've ever received from any company. Things with your site can go wrong and it's impossible to prevent that 100% of the time. So having an amazingly responsive and dedicated support staff has made it easy to resolve issues small & large.
