Phill has helped considerably in migrating over 30 websites for us. Without him helping the amount of time it would have taken us would have been almost unmanageable. Phill has also helped with caching set-up and any web rules that we were unable to migrate automatically.

Great user experience, features abound, although I would have gladly traded some features for a lower price. Considering other WP hosting providers are near $5/month, Pressable is a premium service. The Jetpack issue was a bit frustrating as well. Customers have to contact Jetpack support in order to gain access to the CRM and other features. I canceled only because we made the switch to Shopify. Pressable is great, Woocommerce not so much.

Have a couple of sites on there at the moment, and have only just started to have issues due to them deciding to change the goalposts and aggressively limit our requests. Very poor. Client has lost sales due to this, despite it being fine for months. They wont entertain sorting it. Their support are beyond awful. Edit- given their response, it’s worth clarifying a few points. They did try to help, however made assumptions about a site they clearly knew nothing about, talking down to a team of developers that built what we had built. How they could suggest changes knowing nothing about the site is beyond me. The goalposts had moved; the site had been operating fine for over a month with the same code base- then suddenly they limited what we were able to do. We weren’t aggressive; we were frustrated with their inability to deal with the facts we were putting in front of them, and their strange comments about changing parts of our code. Since moving to another provider, the system is once again stable.

I transferred our site from another hosting company, and this required some refunds, etc. The Pressable support staff responded and resolved things immediately and courteously.

Having been a P1 customer at WPEngine for 11 years I was nervous about moving hosts - the time the migrations would take, the performance of my sites after the move etc. But, I shouldn't have been. The Pressable Migration Tool made it light work. My sites range from less than 100 pages to one that has circa 2000 pages and is very image heavy, but they have all moved over with no problems. Perfomance wise, I am either getting the same or improved GTmetrix scores and I am not paying anywhere near as much per month. I had to reach out to support a couple of times, they have been really quick to respond and solved my query quickly. I didn't use WPEngine support much, but I feel this is an area where Pressable has the edge in waiting time and fuller response leading to quicker solution. So far, really pleased with my move to Pressable.

Easy setup and migration of websites, the use of a staging area that can be modifed for my domain to show clients before we go live. All of the available tools, stats and easy backups make management of live sites easy.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience with Pressable hosting: The Pressable admin dashboard is generally nice and easy to use. However, I had very challenging migration experiences with Pressable hosting. Specific Issues: Site Downtime: For three of my sites that I pointed to Pressable via A records, they were down for about 3–4 hours due to an SSL issue. On the other hand, two sites using Pressable nameservers worked fine without any issues. FTP Settings: There are no clear instructions on identifying the root directory, which made the setup process unnecessarily difficult. Staging to Live Process: The process for pushing a staging site to live is unclear and cumbersome. Currently, you need to delete the live site domain and then add the domain to the staging site. This is not an ideal experience. A single button labeled “Push Staging to Live” that automates this process would be much more user-friendly, especially for those without technical experience. Positive Note: Site performance has been excellent, which I truly appreciate. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the platform. Thank you, Lobsang

We moved over about 6 sites from WPEngine to Pressable. The transition was seamless using their plugin and saved a few hundred dollars in hosting which we are happy about. The one thing that I was left impressed with was that our SEO performance all improved - We didn't change anything to the sites, no plugins, no content changes - we started to rank for more keywords and the web page speeds all jumped up nicely. Would recommend to anyone looking for good customer support and good hosting alternatives to WPEngine. Big shoutout to Irvin for always taking care of us at midnite when we needed the help!
