Being a novice and project managing my kitchen re-fit, I went on-line to research ceiling tiles. Having had builders who seemed to have a problem sourcing these tiles in the past I wasn't looking forward to this part!!! I found quite a few company's but chose Granmore over the others as their website was straight forward and very easy to order. They said the tiles would arrive within 3 days and they were bang on target. Very pleased with their quick and easy to Order service 😃

our shop tiles ten of them were looking pretty bad after a water spillage in the ceiling looked for the same patern found what we were looking for four days later tiles arrive and our ceiling is looking good

the goods arrived 2 days after placing the order, very well packed and no damage. A couple of pieces were missing, however a quick phone call and they were on there way, no arguments and no quibble. On the negative side a "quick installation guide" would have been useful as we are competent diy'ers and a guide would have saved us a couple of hours working out what goes where. All in all though an excellent product and 1st class customer service.

I needed some replacement ceiling tiles for the office, couldn't find them anywhere then all of a sudden I found these on Google and had a look. they had an almost exact match, and the price was amazing. I have saved the company in my preferred supplier list.

I ordered the stuff off them on 3 day delivery on the third day nothing on the forth day I rang to be told they tried to deliver the day before as if then they say it is out for delivery again that day still nothing 6 days after order I get a phone call from the courier to ask when its convenient to deliver when they finally deliver the metal work is all bent well I cant wait for them to take it back and redeliver the stuff so luckily I don't need all what I ordered so will make do
