I placed an order for some ceiling tiles over the phone which I thought were the right ones. Before dispatching my order the sales team even called me as they felt I might have ordered wrong type of tiles, gave me further advice and made sure the right ones were dispatched. " Excelent Service ". I have already reconmended Grandmore to other friends. !!!!

The items were packaged well, and they needed to be as the delivery company had lots of goods just thrown on top of them. A few of the pieces were slightly damaged. There was grass seed all over the plastic wrapping and some very heavy metal roller bars piled on top of some of the longer supports. I rang up the office to complain and to ask for help as there was no delivery note or instructions. Someone promised to call be back - but never did !

Have my order but couldn't email for delivery confirmation. Postmaster returned two different email adds. Got through on phone 4th time trying. Delivery guy rang when he had arrived giving me no time to get to site before him. His attitude was rude. Just hope all my kit is there when I install it!

Ceiling panels were ordered Wednesday lunchtime and arrived late morning Friday. What more can you ask. I will certainly be using again. 💯

I do not agree with the company's policy on checking for damages whilst the driver is at the property. Drivers do not always want to wait. My package of tiles was packed with cardboard edging and lots of cellophane and tape. The packaging was not damaged in anyway. When I opened the packaging on the following day I found that six out of the 10 tiles were chipped and broken in the corners at one end.

packaging could have been better with very large "fragile do not drop" signs all over maybe then it would not have been slightly damaged but I suppose not granmore fault
