First customer came onto the platform today, couldn't have been smoother, a perfect system with helpful knowledge based guides and the back ground techs support to give the help, made my job a lot easier when changing MX records and such. More customers to come!

Having been managing multiple Office 365 accounts for multiple customers for years, the MessageStream portal is a breath of fresh air. Migrating in existing licenses takes just a few minutes, and setting up new ones is even quicker. All clients now appear in one simple console view, and I only have to manage one single payment each month. And as an added bonus there is also a small discount off of the usual subscription costs. I would recommend this service 100% to an other IT Provider who deals with multiple Office 365 accounts for their customers.

The services offered are reliable, no-nonsense in the execution, and fairly priced. Their control panel has been designed to work, rather than just facilitate the code behind it. MessageStream are a great Business-Partner, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Their Tech support is exemplary, on every occasion myself or my staff have called them, they have quickly spoken to a real person, who is knowledgable, and able to deal with the request/query in quick time. This is how all client support should be - everyone else - take note of MessageStream and your company will do well. I have worked in IT as a freelancer, self-employed and employed for 20years or more. During this time I have watched the industry switch from main frames to desktops and now to cloud based solutions. I have had a reseller account with MessageStream for a few years, most of that time I have done nothing with it, as circumstances changed. Lately I have begun to offer and sell the MessageStreams services in earnest. This company has waited patiently while I have got myself together, never pressurizing or threaening to revoke my reseller status. And when I have asked for support, technical or marketing, it has been almost instantaneous in its delivery. The products work fantastically. And that is the most important part of reselling, having something you can trust explicitly will work. Messagestreams products and service and care are great. As a smaller reseller, I have been looked after as if I were a mutli-million pound account. Which is, of course, what I will become offering these services.

I asked for some new marketing resources late last night and these were ready for me when I walked into the office the following morning. Excellent service, rapid turnaround and fantastic support to resellers from a vendor that provides a range of very useful marketing collateral as well as first class guidance, support and advice as and when needed. First class and extremely reassuring.

MessageStream is easy to use and has a great feature set. They listen to their resellers and the addition of Advanced Administration, the MigrationWhiz affiliation/integration and the DNS tab with all of the MX Records and CNAME plus SPF Record information built into the Exchange Administration make it so much better. It just gets better and better.

I came across Messagstream whilst browsing for affordable UK based Exchange mailbox providers and they were the cheapest. They let me sign up for a free trial and someone was on hand on the telephone to talk me through the process. I moved from Google Apps for business and their migration tool worked faultlessly. Recently I had an issue whereby my MacBook was intermittently not connecting to their servers. Rather than fob me off they kept working on my issue until it was resolved and more importantly, I was happy. They also explained to a techie like me the exact reason for the problem. If you are looking for good value for money UK based Exchange hosting with excellent support - I would well recommend choosing Messagestream.

I found MessageStream's delivery of service to be both seamless and trouble free, unlikely a lot of reseller arrangements the process was neither cumbersome nor time consuming. The provision of assistance via their dashboard more than meets our needs. I have found their staff proactive without unnecessarily taking up my time, and more than helpful when I have need to speak directly with them.

This service allowed me to decommission my Domain Exchange Server and re-use it for better things.- as my new workstation - I didn't have to build another computer.- a MASSIVE saving in and of itself. I can now get my e-mails on my Samsung Galaxy phone - which I could never do before. My costs have shrunk to relatively zero. Like I said - I've been looking for this service for years, and now I'v got it up and running (which was an absolute Doddle!) I am actively recommending it to my customers. This beats anything our local ISP can offer and at a fraction of their price too!. Fully recommended without hesitation or reservation of any kind. Thanks a bunch.
