Since I sign up, my contact always be there, fast answer, always there to enhance my experience. I have made also a test account wihtout any fees to test its service. I can ask anymore. Maybe some marketing materials will be nice, like powerpoint or poster.

I have delt with Stephen a lot and probably been a bit of a pain aswell. He has delt with every question professionally and in a friendly mannor every time. I have also delt with the tech department and can only say the same. Well done guys! Keep it up!

We got a direct mail shot from messagestream. When I compared their offer with our exisiting suppplier I couldn't believe it. We have now transferred all our hosted services to them and are delighted with the service.

I was looking for a rather long time for a well priced hosted exchange service that would actually work with our property management systems. The staff at Giacom were absolutely amazing and managed to get us up and running very quickly. At one point Stephen has actually donated his own private domain so that we could run the necessary tests. Overall this is a technology company that not only delivers the technology but actually has customer service ethos as well.

Daniel Warelow has been my point of contact since enquiring about moving my exchange hosting over to Giacom. He was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone, quickly able to answer my questions relating to the service. I was assisted by Daniel through the initial set-up of my account and any and all questions were dealt with very promptly either by phone or email. The service provided to me has been second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend Giacom to anyone looking for a very reliable and versatile hosted exchange service. I was previously with 1and1 exchange and the product and service offered by Giacom is far superior!

Dealing with Giacom was simple and completely trouble free. We are not IT specialists, their human-being support was great and within a few minutes we were up running and sorted. The 25gb of mailbox storage as standard was a clincher!

I was interested in setting up some domains and some Microsoft Exchange mailboxes. Everything was explained in writing via the online chat tool, and the total cost was confirmed. Work was completed very quickly and exactly as promised. No corrections were needed. These mailboxes have all worked perfectly since, allowing for us to enjoy a proper collaborative email system with public folders, shared calendars and contacts. Clear instructions meant that it was quick and easy to configure access from our own computers, from any other computer via Outlook Web Access, and from our Smartphones.

I stumbled across Giacom by accident after being frustrated at the support I received from other companies in trying to set up my hosted exchange following my move from PC to Mac. They were super helpful and the whole transition was speedy and had minimal impact on my business.

Initial sales representative was very helpful and provided quick and easy set up of the service. So far they have been completely flawless, not expected considering the very competitive pricing.

the service, customer service and packages are good and well priced. The only thing missing is the ability to have a "catch all" option which for small companies like myself like to use to both catch all emails sent to the domain, and the ability to appear slightly larger than we actually are.

Having used their service for a few days, my initial impression is that Giacom are professional and helpful. I managed to get a test system up and running in a few hours and my technical queries (sent via the help desk) were answered quickly. My test system ran without any problems and showed that the hosted exchange system provided by Giacom worked as expected.

The service we received from Giacom was excellent. They followed up in a timely manner, were quick and always on hand to assist us during the set up process when we needed it. Their portal is easy to use. Our contact was friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Been with Giacom a few weeks now. No problems with the hosting. Good level of SPAM detection. Had some issues not receiving trusted emails with encrypted attachments but always found Giacom to be polite and helpful. Finally able to handle office email on my smartphone!

We've been with Giacom for 4 weeks now and so far so good. No problems to report. I must say how impressed I am with Hosted Exchange in general. We've come from standard pop mailboxes and the instant feed from Giacom and sync-ing up of our calendars and contacts between us all is a great help. There are just over 30 of us in our business, and I'm sure is making us work better already. In that respect, the there's an obvious ROI, which I like to see in any purchase. All in all, I'm very happy, and happy with the support and service we get from Giacom. Like I said, no problems to report. Therefore, I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in Hosted Exchange.

After searching the net for a reliable company to host our emails Giacom can out top by far. They understand that in todays world reliability and speed of service is at the top of any business. Within a few hours all of our employees were set up on there PCs, Mobile Phones and had access to emails via the web. Excellent service at a very competitive price from what can only be described as a produst leader in this field.

Giacom's Hosted Exchange has made my working life so much easier. The quality of service is second-to-none and the technical support is faultless. All my emails, contacts and calendars are now synchronised with iMac, iPhone and iPad and PC. No more hassle trying to figure out and remember who and when I send an email to. No more emails bouncing around all over the place. I my opinion, all businesses should be using Hosted Exchange. I couldn't imagine running my business without it. In fact, I'm amazed I waited so long to get the Hosted Exchange system installed.

I have been a Giacom customer for years and have always found the service and products meet all my requirements. Originally with Website and domain hosting to the fantastic email security which cured my really bad SPAM problem. Now I am really happy with the service and support I received to get me onto the Hosted Exchange. Another great service from Giacom. Thanks Giacom
