Switched to Giacom from Rackspace Cloud and could not be happier. Their customer support has so far been outstanding, their user interface is intuitive and mobile friendly and I couldn't believe how easy it is to set up new clients.

A brilliant company to deal with. On-line experience is excellent, easy to use, plenty of tutorials to follow and the support team are the best I've dealt with for a long time. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant service, tech support when needed respond almost instantly. Got over 40 mailboxes with them and it's working perfectly.

We switched to Message Stream last year and migrated our clients over to hosted exchange which was a pretty painless task. We have since added e-mail security on multiple mailboxes which really has helped reduce spam levels down to almost none. I would recommend Message Stream to any managed services provider in the UK who is looking for a stress free competitive supplier to resell services to their clients.

We are a small web design agency who provide Office 365 to our clients - at the moment we only have a handful of clients using Office 365 and MessageStream had no issues with letting us use their service - as there's no minimum numbers or cost. Their service is easy to use and incredibly quick to set-up. Within 10 minutes we were up and running, and able to purchase Office 365 licences. No hidden charges, and you only get billed for what you use. Great communication via e-mail and over the phone as well.

I have just recently joined as a partner with MessageStream having been recommended by a business colleague and partner who are an active reseller of their products. My primary focus is for the resale of Office365 licenses and I have found on my initial order the process extremely easy to follow and has taken a lot of the hassle away from dealing directly with Microsoft. In addition, I experienced a problem this morning and had a very good experience with Technical Support who were able to help me with a technical issue I was having with the allocation of licenses for our of our customers. Great first impression.

Messagestream offers probably the quickest and most simple interface for provisioning online services for your customers. Having tested similar solutions, I found them to be the most approachable partner to deal with, and their pricing leaves plenty of margin to make profit, even in the smallest of sales. I'd definitely recommend them to any MSP.

This system is simple, and very fast. Previously we spent hours placing orders which is now down to minutes. Since time is money, we have saved a fortune. Very highly recommended.

Having partnered with MessageStream over 3 years ago our clients have enjoyed a largely trouble free service from a great provider. I say that because no system is perfect but any issues are always dealt with swiftly. As a reseller we must have no less than 100% trust and confidence in our hosts and we have that with MessageStream. We are also an MS Cloud partner but find the way they do their reseller scheme doesn't put you as a provider in control. So if you're thinking of joining up with MessageStream I suggest you stop thinking and just do it, you won't look back!

We sent our logo and company info to Messagestream and within a couple of days we had great looking fully branded marketing materials available to us. Who needs a marketing company when Messagestream do such a great job for free

We had only opened a account with messagelabs, and I lost my father that month so had but it on the back burner, apart for being badgered by the accounts department for such a small amount of money it was a joke, which they closed our account down. Demanding card payments even though i dont pay anyone that way We dont have any financial issues, but beware if you do they will close your account down in less than 2 week being late which rings alarm bells as a wholesale provider
