We have been a Giacom reseller for several years and they are a fantastic company to deal with. The suite of products that they offer are excellent and both technical support and customer service are outstanding. They deal with issues swiftly and professionally and are great to deal with.

Been using them for a number of years. In December '21 they increased the prices by over 60%! I contacted support and this is no error just their new pricing. This is an obscene increase and will see my now having to go to the trouble to move my clients mailboxes elsewhere to a better company. Avoid!

Awful company, if you require direct assistance from Microsoft you will end up playing pass the ticket between teams in Giacom and you are lucky if your ticket gets to Microsoft within 4-5 days. Avoid them and use a more professional cloud provider.

I love getting my cloud services from Giacom, rather than direct from source. Setting up new services or new customers is really easy, prices are good, often with a smaller commitment required than going direct, and the tech support is amazing.

We have used Giacom for years and cannot fault their service or their products! Their support, when we have needed it, has been knowledgeable and friendly and they are continually bringing new products to market to help us grow our business.

We are a small MSP and have been with Giacom for a year or more. Their customer support is second to none and we are delighted that this hasn't changed over the period we've been with them. 100% Recommended.

In all the years I have been dealing with Giacom, I have found their service first class. Better than first class in fact but I can’t think of the right superlative! Their response to Support Tickets is always prompt and complete and reinforces my continued confidence in dealing with them.

I've worked with giacom for a few years. Their support is the best on the market for now, no competition, not even close.Sales, not so much, but their techies are fantastic at their job. Ash, Team Lead for the support is excellent at his job as is his team. Above and beyond.

Ive worked with Giacom for 4 years with different companies and the service is fantastic, you couldn't ask for more. Even, on the rare occasion there is an issue, its usually with the computer and they do their best to help and every time helped me fix it quickly.

I have been using Giacom's hosted services for over 8 years now and have always found the support to be excellent but rarely required. I had occasion to request emergency support at 11pm last week when multiple mailboxes for one client started sending out spam. I had a call back within 15 minutes and the problem was quickly identified as being at the client end and I was able to resolve it promptly. Outstanding support and a big thank you to Stefan for getting back to me so quickly even during Covid-19 lockdown.

I recently had to contact Giacom's tech support team as I had a provisioning issue. I got a very quick response that answered query 100%, no bouncing back and forth. great support, as is generally the case with Giacom.

Giacom have and continue to be a great partner. Their platform is very easy to use and they have a extensive portfolio of SaaS that fits into our MSP model. Account Management have been supportive and helpful and very recently have also engaged with us on joint marketing campaigns.

Giacom have supplied my company with several branded marketing campaign products from web micro-sites, to email and social media postings and laterally printed materials. The process of ordering is very simple and timescales generally around a week or less. Quality of the finished product is very good. The support from staff such as Taz throughout the process has been exemplary. Overall, the Giacom experiance is excellent, they cannot support you enough.

If you need hosted a solutions partner - your search is ended I have been a partner with Giacom Cloud Market for more years than i care to remember. They have great support which has been enhanced by the 'chat' facility. Their range of products is vast and their knowledge in depth when required. They provide the security of a large company but with small company support - i.e. always there when you need them thoroughly recommend them
