I was a little busy with work due to which I could not write a mail to you guys as soon my product was picked up by my brother in law. The experience is practically flawless. The gems are original and so are the metals (gold/silver/platinum). Bought a fire opal, a blue sapphire and a rose quartz from them so far and each time, nearly everything was on point. That being said, it is best to see your expensive gems via a video call first, since the blue colors on their website can be misleading at times. I checked the gems out each time at a local jeweller and they were authentic and as described. Neel provided me with superb customer service before and after every purchase. A flawless online platform in my opinion, but see the gem 💎 in a video call first if it's expensive. 😊👍

When I was recommended to wear an astrological ring, I could not deny but actually I don’t want to wear any astrological ring and the main reason was its oval shape design with white silver metal but later on, I have searched on net and decide to make a designer ring but could not find an authentic shop. There was a mark on the back side..but I got the stone inspected ..ppl said that there is some issue but astrologically it should not have an impact

I ordered for a ring of my choice and I was promised to get as per my design. However there was lot of communication gap, the person was not very helpful to complete my needs and requirement. I think customer service representative should know how to talk to clients. There are many times I had informed Neel that I am unhappy with the service, but no use as he was the single point of contact. Finally the ring I received was only after escalation. And not as per my design. I had to compromise on the design just cos Neel did not guide me while purchasing it.

First of all i would like to thank Arun ji who helped me a lot in choosing gemstones, today i got the parcel of emerald ring and Keshi pearl and it was really good..i have no hesitation in recommending gem pundit...
