I'M NOT HAPPY with gempundit they didn't deliver in what they said they would in terms in quality and customer service. My ring turned up which looks like a junior/apprentice has made, the craftsmanship isn't good, one side of the ring is thin compared to the good side, I think I could of done a better job, looks like the ring is from a corn flakes box. The ring has a gem in it and I can't get the ring remade as the repair jeweller here in the uk said it will damage the gem. The whole purpose of the ring was for the gem I invested in. The ring also wasn't made in the size I asked it to be, I also checked this with the jeweller and its smaller then it should be. I was in contact with the sale assistant on numerous amount of times and not once did he mention about import fees which I had to pay when the delivery man turned up of 251.40p invoice. I'm now stuck with a ring which isn't made properly, can't remake it as it will damage the gem and had to pay import fees which I was never told of. From my experience its jokepundit...

My partner purchased a ring from GemPundit and it has been the worst experience ever. Do not buy from this company! Poor service and poor workmanship! Firstly, when the ring had to be delivered, my partner had to pay a customs charge which GemPundit never told us about when ordering with them. Secondly, the ring was 1 and half sizes smaller than the size that was ordered! Thirdly, the ring was thick on one side and thin on the other. Absolutely shocking workmanship from GemPundit. It seems like they are a bunch of amateurs as they cannot even make a simple ring. Now my partner is left with a ring which is likely to break once worn! For anyone else buying, please read the bad reviews as I really don't think the excellent rating reviews are real. They are posting fake reviews everyday. This company needs to be reported. Fake!

order no 100050957 the opal grew scratches because of its water affinity characteristic but when I asked them for a replacement/refund they completely denied of course there's a mistake on my part as I complained after 10 days. the earlier transaction was smooth probably because I never had trouble with the gems earlier. definitely need to improve their services
