What i like about the gempundit is that most of their customer executive bear a trademark quality of being patient. They listen you well and guide accordingly. I will further edit my review after seeing the effectiveness of gemstone that I have bought as i have received it today only.

I live in USA and got Gempundit number from my best friend. First , I was little hesitant to give big chunk of money without being there physically but the person I worked with ( his name is Arun) never let me felt that I was not there physically. He answered all of my questions, sent me videos of my rings and finally helped me in delivering my rings in India during this pandemic time. I would go with them for all of my future needs without thinking twice.

Best quality of gems at competitive rates. Very good service in terms of help with selection and comparision. You can be rest assured about what's being promised. I have made 5 purchases over past 4 years and have been very happy. They also provide expert astrologer services. I have used that too. On one occasion i was buying a wrong stone. Had it been someone else they would have just sold it to me. These guys asked me to not purchase it as it wasn't right for astrological reasons. Can't thank them enough!

I regret not reading the reviews before placing order , I only read the good reviews and didn’t focused on negative ones just had a thought that only 5% people are not satisfied but I regret now . I placed order before lockdown and this was obvious that there will be delay in delivery , At first I paid £25+ For delivery and when my ring was ready I got mail that some courier services are still not open so I again paid them £25+ for special services and I understood the situation . But I was shocked when delivery boy came and he told me that I have to pay some taxes and I was really shocked that I had to pay £123 more and this I never thought because it was not the first time that I ordered something to uk from India and was not having any other option so I paid that . I talked to team regarding this and they said it was mention on the website and it was my fault that I did not read it but I wonder why such thing was not mention on the page where I placed order ? Please be aware guys it’s not worth to spend so much delivery charges , my ring was of £450 and I paid near about £200 as delivery and tax . And when I saw the ring I was shattered as I took the ring out to see , suddenly one tiny stone fell off . And I don’t know what to do now ? And I am not giving it 1 star because I lost the hope that ring will arrive but anyways I got it so giving two starts . But I am satisfied with the gem but poor making , I hope it’s real gem as per carats. It’s 1000 times better to buy such jewellery from local shop .i am 100% sure that all good reviews are fake as I can’t see even 1 review in which anyone discussed about extra charges and I know no one can be okay with paying such high charges . But still I would say it was my fault somewhere that I didn’t read about tax as I was not aware about it.

Good services and product. Both Ashu and Meet were really nice and helpful. I was skeptical and reluctant to spend thousands of dollars and felt like cheated, however that wasnt my experience, from very beginning Ashu was nice and answered all the questions and made us feel comfortable and Meet was also very courteous.
