Measurements of the stone do not tally w cert but it doesn't matter cause it's still a pretty piece! Ordered on 3 Nov and received on 11 Nov, fast shipping for international delivery (IN-SG)! For me I was sceptical in ordering initially through online as I have never purchased gold jewellery without feeling it and seeing it physically..The service rendered by Ms Ashima Arora was upto the mark and I eventually got the product as described and perfectly made and matching to my requirements! Gempundit is a genuine site/company for buying precious gemstones. They have great customer service and plenty of product choices. Also, they guide you all the way while selecting, purchasing and using the product. I've done business with them over the years and have had good experience always. This time, I purchased a blue sapphire and the team had been very helpful in guiding me, especially Arun and Aymen. However, I am deducting one star as I live in USA and there were heavy custom charges levied on me before I received my gem that I think the company could have helped me with. Also, the return process is not easy and there are several charges that get deducted on return. I returned an iolite and am still waiting to hear back on it even after a month.

First time purchase, good experience. I got my delivery address changed in between the process. This was accomodated gracefully. The consignment was delivered prior to the scheduled date.

They sell crappy rings and their workmanship is simply garbage and defective. I was wearing their White sapphire for the last 1 week and the gemstone just pops out of nowhere and I cannot even wear it anymore. I have filed a consumer complaint against them for a full refund. Their staff have a lot of bad attitudes towards their customers and their treatment of international customers is just terrible and worst. Just avoid them and buy locally.

Couple of years back, I had a very bad spell, and wanted to get some gemstone rings made to wear, as was earlier prescribed for me in India. However living in USA there are not options for personal visit, and found you from internet search. I was amazed by the quality, varieties, choices, had ordered from you communicating remotely, most support personnel were good, but came in contact with Nupur Chaurasia, whose help was outstanding.
