Writing from the UK here, I was a little skeptical at first as many of the reviews are local to India so wasn't sure how an international purchase would go, but I ended up buying an emerald and recieving it without problems (minus UPS, read on). The good: as I was deciding between a half dozen emeralds, I asked sales person Shailendra for additional videos and pictures in natural daylight comparing the emeralds side by side. He kindly got the product team to do just that. It helped me decide on an emerald and feel confident they are the ones depicted on screen. The general communication with sales and after sales is very good so that is a big pro. The not so good: they used UPS as a courier to deliver to UK. I didn't have any prior experiences with UPS so I didn't look them up until they lied and said they attempted delivery when they didn't (as I was home all day). (I also had to find out how to pay the custom and tax fee by myself). The next day the tracking said they will deliver and they never did. I then saw thousands of other people's reviews and experiences with UPS UK which were that of lying about delivering, not delivering, losing packages, and zero customer care. I got worried after reading those and called UPS and requested collection at a local depot. I went to collect the package but it wasn't at the depot, It was still at the airport. After a few calls I was able to expedite delivery and pick it up the next day. I have informed the Gempundit after sales team to review other courier companies e.g DHL, FedEx , Parcelforce, TNT etc. for UK delivery particularly to save people from bad experiences. In general, I'm very happy with the emerald I bought (I can't comment on the authenticity of the emerald as i'm not a gemologist) but it looks perfect to me. Thank you GemPundit.

Damage on stone, happened during jewelry making but should be checked by final inspection team before sending to the customer. One charges handsome amount for only quality but fails to check and deliver especialy in case of when stone is to be used for astrological purpose. I understand my rewiew is a bit harsh but things like this can not be expected from "gempundit.com" how ever the quality of the stone is perfect, the stone itself explains its authenticity and "gempundit" can be trusted for original stones. I would recomend other people too to buy zodiac stones from "gempundit" as they provide authentic stones.

Seriously I dont know the stone what Gem Pundit Has given me is original or not cause to be very frank I dont know to inspect the Gem stones , But seeing their reputation I feel they sell only 100% pure stones , But I would comment on thier Sales & Customer service , Its really fantastic , they are very prompt, and will cater to all your questions, They would answer you right away ir respectable of time , which is very good, I feel the customer service needs to given 5 stars .. I am there old customer and I have bad experience from them I have been contacting them everyday and they haven’t been updating me they just tell me give them 2-3 days and now it’s almost been a month really bad service there very rude and disrespectful. I paid one thousand dollar on the item I ordered and this was a birthday gift and the birthdays been over and package hasn’t still arrived there really rude for not contacting me back.
