As a USA Dealer, I very much like the selection and quality of stones and the prices are competitive. I also like the inhouse certification and energizing options. Sometimes the customer service responses are disappointingly long and the New York telephone number of: +1 646 736 7654 (USA) does not work... and I am just next door in New Jersey! Overall, would recommend Gem Pundit as a good source of gemstones with a nice selection.
This people are fraud and very very bad at customer service, I had order yellow sapphire gemstone gold ring, the guy who was helping me said they are running a discount if I want to buy that gemstone it’s best time to do it right now so that I can get discount, they never specify you real price. It’s always they will tell you to pay half and then rest after ring is ready, when you check out on their website total price with jewellery making and shipping include comes out to less then what they will actually charge you, this guy Aman who was helping me from very first he was very bad at customer service, they took all my money and stop responding, I have to go through so many other numbers to get any answers after I paid them in full, it’s long story short, I paid fir express shipping. It’s been almost month and they haven’t even shipped my item till today, and I doubt I will get what I paid for, I would never ever buy anything from gem pundit.com ever again.

They are very bad at customer service. Their product lack quality and when you try to contact them, they keep stalling till you are out of paypal claim warranty. Very awful,I will never buy anything from them ever again. Don't wait too long or you won't get your money back. I hate gempundit.

Received good online support while buying the piece. There was a slight delay in communications though during making and final invoicing process. Rest experince is good. Gempundit has big online inventory with lots of filter options, offering more and more buying options to the end consumer.
