Wahnsinnig schnell geliefert!!!! So liebevoll wie immer verpackt!!! Tolle Proben.... Ich habe zwei Lieblings Versand Parfümerien. Dies ist meine ABSOLUTE Nr. 1!!! So viele Nischenduefte, die man zunächst als Probe testen kann. Beim Kauf der Full Size wird das dann AUTOMATISCH verrechnet und gut geschrieben. Hier ist der Kunde noch König!!!
Ich bin super zufrieden. Hab letztes Jahr ein paar Abfüllungen bestellt, was schon super funktioniert hat und inzwischen hab ich zwei der Parfüms bestellt. Jedes mal hab ich von ganz automatisch den Preis für die Abfüllung gutgeschrieben bekommen. Lieferung war jedesmal super schnell und gratis Proben gab's auch noch :) Vielen Dank, weiter so! Wenn Parfüms nicht so preisintensiv wären, würde ich hier viel öfter bestellen.
Versand und Angebot eigentlich top, a b e r: Die Sprühköpfe der Fläschchen, die jetzt für Abfüllungen verwendet werden, riechen, ich kann es nicht anders sagen: nach Fisch! Richtig unangenehm. Das ist nicht in Ordnung
Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of disgraceful: deceptive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I placed an order on 22nd January and received zero communication for an entire month. No updates, no responses to my messages - nothing. After being ignored for weeks, I had no choice but to file a chargeback on 23rd February to recover my money. Only after I took action did they finally respond on 24th February, casually informing me that one of my items was unavailable, something they should have told me weeks ago instead of silently holding onto my money while refusing to fulfil my order. Despite their complete lack of accountability, I acted in good faith and retracted the chargeback immediately. Instead of acknowledging their failure, they had the audacity to play the victim, implying that I was in the wrong for issuing a chargeback, when they had ignored me for a month and kept my money without sending my order! To make matters worse, they refused to release my parcel, claiming they had to wait for their payment provider’s confirmation - further punishing me for their incompetence. Then, when confronted about their lack of communication, they attempted to gaslight me, claiming they had responded all along when they clearly hadn’t. This company operates with zero integrity, no respect for customers, and no sense of responsibility. They will take your money, ignore you, and then blame you when you try to hold them accountable. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. I will never order from them again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before giving them a penny.
Ich habe einen Duft am 31.01.25 bestellt bei angezeigtem Status lagernd ! Nach der Bestellung wurde der Duft (auf die Webseite)als nicht lagernd angezeigt. Meine Bestellung wurde aber bestätigt ohne irgendwelche Hinweise, dass es sich hier um eine Vorbestellung handelte. Nach einer Nachfrage per Mail erhielt ich die Antwort, dass ich in der Tat eine Vorbestellung aufgegeben hätte und dass sie mich nochmal kontaktieren werden wenn es Neuigkeiten gibt! Bis dato habe ich immer den Kontakt gesucht und gleichzeitig immer auf die Website geschaut ob sie den Status des bestellten Artikels geändert hat. Und tatsächlich war der Duft kurzzeitig Verfügbar und dürfte innerhalb 2 bis 3 Tage geliefert werden könnte ! Ich bekam da allerdings keine Benachrichtigung, dass meine Bestellung versendet wurde..also schieb ich nochmal und bekam noch keine Rückmeldung obwohl.. es bis jetzt immer eine kam .. Ich habe den Duft glücklicherweise noch nicht bezahlt! Da ich diesen Duft sehr gerne mag und haben möchte, warte ich immer noch auf eine Rückmeldung.. aber ich glaube, dass ich langsam die Hoffnung aufgeben muss…. Ich hätte gerne andere Bewertung abgegeben! Vielleicht ist es aber noch nicht zu spät dafür! Nachtrag: ich wurde von Essenza-Mobile kontaktiert und ausreichend informiert! Wir haben gemeinsam eine gute Lösung gefunden und ich bedanke mich herzlich für den guten Kundenservice!
Original Düfte. Schnelle Lieferung und super liebevoll verpackt. Kundendienst auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werde nur noch dort shoppen.
Nach Lieferproblemen mit der bestellten Ware war Essenza Nobile sehr entgegenkommend, zur vollen Kundenzufriedenheit… gerne wieder!
Bad customer service keep you waiting with their answers. If there is an original size item not in stock (but it was on stock at the time of ordering!!!!) they even not inform their customers about delay or missing item. They do not care about the case that customers having plan to order and get a gift on New year. Simply do not care. Samples have sticky label that unsticks very soon after arrival.

War erst skeptisch, weil ich mal mit einem Onlineshop für Parfümproben sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Aber dieser Shop ist wirklich top! Für die Vorweihnachtszeit ne echt schnelle Lieferung und süß verpackt. Für sich selber oder als kleines Geschenk super!
I placed an order for 157€ as a New Year’s gift and waited several days for the order to be processed. When I requested an invoice, they also failed to provide it. Then, I asked them for a link on their website with detailed information about order processing and delivery terms. Instead of answering, they canceled my order without any explanation. They didn’t send me an invoice or a credit note for the cancellation either. No documentation was provided at all, and they left me waiting for days only to cancel without a reason. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Now, on top of everything, I’ll have to wait up to ten days to get my money back. I did not give my consent for the cancellation of the order, and their actions are unlawful, violating consumer protection rights. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since this was meant to be a New Year’s gift I only mentioned that I would contact the tax authorities and consumer protection agency if they failed to provide me with the invoice, as not providing an invoice is a violation of the law. Additionally, not providing customers with information about order processing and shipping on the website itself is also a legal violation. This is not a threat; it is simply a statement of fact. All I asked was for them to comply with the law and adhere to the terms of purchase and sale of goods. Instead, they canceled my order and are trying to make me look like the one at fault. UPDATED 4 December: I wrote a review after you refused to give me an invoice, a link with shipping information and cancelled the order, no need to lie. Your shop is not geared to the business customer. I asked you for a bonus as I already had a bonus in my basket, just a different brand. You could have offered to replace it and that's it. For me the lack of bonuses is not a problem, I am able to buy any product, it's just that you didn't have a sample available on your site. I buy perfume almost every day from different online shops. I also see that you noted that this review is not based on real experience, as if I did not order from you. You are even trying to trick this review site into deleting my review. Funny. So you still haven't provided a link with a detailed description of order processing and delivery, which is a violation of Googleadwords snd Googlemerchants, I have sent a request to my colleagues to fully check your advertising campaigns that are misleading potential customers. I see that some customers are complaining about order processing and delivery. I recommend buying directly from manufacturers, not middlemen who can't send an invoice and a link with shipping information. And then you'll be told you're a bad customer. Your customer is unhappy and that says a lot about the store. You continue to argue and wriggle out of it by deceiving everyone. 16 years of experience have taught you nothing. UPDATED 5 December: The negative review was solely due to your refusal to provide me with an invoice and your refusal to send me a link explaining your order processing and terms. Yes, I am fully aware that I ticked the checkbox at checkout, but I specifically asked about the page detailing the process, and I repeated this several times. You ignored me, and then you canceled the order. Only after this did I call you an unreasonable person because your reasoning skills are clearly lacking. You’re now trying to connect my review to the absence of a gift, but my review had nothing to do with the gift. By your logic, I should leave negative reviews for every store that doesn’t provide gifts. If you look at my Trustpilot profile, you’ll also see positive reviews for stores that didn’t send me any gifts. Additionally, on October 22, I placed an order with you, and you didn’t send any gifts then, nor did anyone leave you negative reviews for that. Now you’re claiming that the negative review is because you didn’t provide a gift. This makes no sense. Your reasoning is flawed. I have already ordered from you before and didn’t leave a negative review. What you’re saying now is nonsense, and you’re misleading both Trustpilot and potential customers by creating false narratives. Still, I want to thank you for canceling this order, because I managed to find another store where Clive Christian products are cheaper, and the delivery and order processing are much faster. While we were arguing with you, I already received the home delivery.
Für mich der beste Online Shop für Nischendüfte! Ein herzlicher Kundensupport und ein Online Shop der an bestens kuratiertem Sortiment kaum zu übertreffen ist. Da es der Shop der Kurfürsten Parfümerie in Mannheim ist, weiß ich, dass ich hier ausschließlich Originalprodukte erhalte, wo man sich ja leider sonst nicht mehr sicher sein kann. Besonders fair: Wenn man einen Duft kauft, von dem man vorher ein Abfüllung bestellt hatte, bekommt man den Kaufpreis der Abfüllung wieder gutgeschrieben! So fair ist sonst kein anderer Shop. Angenehm fand ich auch, dass ich den Support per WhatsApp erreichen und zeitnah freundliche Antworten erhalten habe.
My last and final response to this lunacy (since you keep adding comments here) - I live in Cyprus not Barbados, and yes I expect to be treated with the same respect when I order 20 euro sample or 400 euro perfume. I suggest you turn all this energy into service of your customers instead of picking fights and lying about someone who gives you criticism. All the best 🙄 As for your reply: please provide proof of me being disrespectful - I’ll wait :) Future edit: They erase criticism comments from their IG which only further shows false image. Been told by their customer service rep to 'Please not order from them again' after saying I am ‘emotional’ when giving him facts that DHL have no record of their shipment - I guess there's a first for everything in life... Don't order from them if you need your package to arrive in a reasonable time frame. It's been 8 days since I placed my order and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Also, customer service gives false information, and the 'live chat' not working (answered after 2 hours and 5 minutes) It feels like I've been scammed, very unprofessional.
Very reliable service, reasonably fast shipping. I have already ordered twice. The site has a good selection of niche perfumes which this way you can sample before buying as they're otherwise difficult to get ahold of and shelling out a significant amount of money on a blind buy is very inadvisable. All samples are 3 ml and they also have an excellent offer: samples of your choice for the total of 20 EUR if you buy a full perfume bottle. I would recommend it.
Wie immer eine Freude! Liebevolle Verpackung und großzügige Proben. Hier bestelle ich am liebsten.
Ich kann nur Gutes über Essenza Nobile berichten. Ein Raumduft, den ich bestellt habe, kam zügig und gut verpackt an. Für die Parfumproben kann ich das ebenfalls sagen. Großzügig abgefüllt, jede Probe ist mit Abfülldatum beschriftet, ansprechend und sicher verpackt und zügig gesendet. Im übrigen sehr viel schneller, als bei einem Konkurrenten, bei dem die Lieferzeit zwei Wochen betragen kann. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese seriöse Online-Parfümerie und die Möglichkeit, auch seltene oder extravagante Düfte ganz in Ruhe und ausgiebig zuhause testen zu können.
I found the store from the stores section on the official page behind Puredistance. Niche perfumes are very expensive and unfortunately there are many imitation products in perfumes. I made 2 orders within 1 week, confident that it was reliable. I asked questions many times via whatsapp and e-mail during my order, the customer service department works flawlessly, they helped politely. There are very high quality products in the store, I recommend it to everyone

Alles was ich bestellt habe kam an und das zügig, Hammer Düfte. Zudem noch eine Probe welche es einer Aktion wegen dazu gab. Weiter wurden zwei weitere Proben und zwei Teststreifen beigelegt. Sehr Lieb!
