Envoi parfait, produit bien emballé et recu dans les temps, juste un petit bémol, jai commandé des echantillon de parfum et 2 echantillons fuient un petit peu dans le bouchon mais bon rien de grave. Merci à leurs services pour cette commande presque sans faute ☺️

Excellent service, I used to just buy perfumes until one time I loved perfume in store but in real life it did not last at all despite costing over 100€. Since then I was concerned with buying full bottle especially with niche fragrances that can cost at least twice as much. But due to services like this one I can order samples of perfumes and try to wear them couple times before spending money on full bottle. Ordered list of samples for €150 and they arrived in 2 weeks time, samples fully filled, well labeled and sprayers working well, no complaints at all, will definitely be purchasing again. Would love to see more brands like M. Micallef but even without it - they have a great selection of perfumes.

Seit nunmehr 6 Wochen warte ich auf meine Bestellung , die bereits per Vorkasse bezahlt wurde und als sofort lieferbar angezeigt wurde . Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde mir ein 10% Rabatt eingeräumt , der bei Lieferung gutgeschrieben werden soll . Leider wird mir nicht einmal angegeben , wann das Produkt geliefert wird und alles nur auf die externen Lieferanten geschoben. Das Geld ist seit 5Wochen bei Essenza-Nobile und alles andere scheint nicht interessant für die Firma zu sein . Kurzer Nachtrag . Essenza-Nobile hat sich entschuldigt , die Ware geliefert und hochwertige Proben zu der Bestellung hinzu gelegt . Danke

Absolut genialer Kundenservice, ich habe den Support kontaktiert und direkt eine Antwort bekommen, es wurde nicht an meiner Ehrlichkeit gezweifelt und es wurde direkt eine neue Lieferung versendet, weil eine Probe beschädigt war. Außerdem gab es als Entschuldigung noch eine Kleinigkeit dabei! 10/10 Erfahrung

Ich habe vor ca. einem Monat mehrere Duftproben von einer Nichenmarke bestellt, um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen das ich im Nachhinein das richtige Parfüm für mich wähle! Aufgrund eines kleinen „Anliegens“ habe ich, nachdem ich meine Bestellung erhalten habe, den Kundenservice kontaktiert und auch SEHR zeitnah eine Antwort mit einer mehr als kulanten „Lösung“ erhalten. Ich bin soooooo positiv überrascht von dem Kundenservice, da ich dies von diversen anderen Händlern schon gar nicht mehr gewohnt bin - es wurde so freundlich und kulant auf mein Anliegen eingegangen, ohne jegliche Diskussion oder Zweifel an meine Ehrlichkeit, sodass ich allein deswegen immer wieder dort bestellen würde, da das Team welches hinter dem Kundenservice steckt; einem ein sicheres Gefühl gibt! I ordered a Frederic Malle perfume. In fact, I tried to order it previously from Frederic Malle directly, where I ended up receiving an empty box (not sure where the error happened, but the box was clearly not even sealed) and had no reply from Frederic Malle customer service for a week. Upon looking for an alternative place where to order it again, I came across Essenza Nobile. The order warned, with additional samples it may take up to 3-7 days to process. Well, actually it got processed on the next days and received on the following day. So just wanted to say Wow and Thank you, you have won a new customer, because will surely be ordering again.

Essenza hat zudem einen Kundenservice, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Der Kunde und seine Zufriedenheit stehen an Nummer 1. Ich wurde stets zuvorkommend, freundlich und mit Wertschätzung behandelt, meine Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und das zeitnah. Äußerst vertrauenswürdig!

I recently found out that one of my favourite perfumes (California Snow) was out of stock in my local shop, and it turned out that their store was the only one in Norway that was licensed to sell this, and they also did not know if they would get it back in stock. So i sendt a email to the perfume company (WWDIS) which is located in the US to try to order from them instead. But it turned out to be difficult because of hazmat issues and a lot of paperwork for them, and this wasn't something they did. But what they could do was to recommend this website to me, as they did ship to most countries (including mine) So i placed my order! Then i had a problem with my payment (which was totally my own fault! turned out i used the wrong credit card, stupid, i know) but the guy on support was super helpful and patient with me. Oh, and i also forgot to pick out 2 free samples, which he added to my order when i asked him (thank you Sjörn) On top of that, when i received my order, i was happy to discover that they even added 3 more samples! They have a good selection of niche fragrances, good prices, and fast shipping! All in all, a great shopping experience!

Five start review for this online shop. Two times ordered from them, both times the dispatch was super fast. The second time there was a missing item, which was refunded with no fuss in the matter of minutes after my email, requesting it. The items that I receive are packed with care. The communication with customer service is problem-free.

Amazon used to be famous for quality of the customer service. And yet they can't compare to the quality of service I have received at Essenza Nobile. There was a problem with my order - and even worse, it was very time sensitive due to the gift nature of the order - and Sjörn from customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve it, giving me several solutions. And the best part? It was an instant service. No waiting, no "we'll get back to you in 2-3 working days". Just instant HUMAN contact. I repeat - A HUMAN contact with a person who thinks and replies, not someone copy-pasting responses and formulas. Truly an outstanding experience and despite the issue I've had with the order I will be shopping with them in the future.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Shop in dem es eine gute Auswahl zu moderaten Preisen an Nischendüften gibt, so bin ich auf Essenza Nobile gestoßen. Meiner Meinung nach werden die Düfte zu einem fairen Preis angeboten. Bestellt habe ich am 18.03.2024 per Vorkasse nach 20 Uhr, gegen 21.30 das Geld überwiesen. Ich hatte jedoch einen kleinen Fehler im Betreff, also am nächsten Tag mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt. Ich erhielt schnell eine Antwort und am gleichen Tag wurden die zwei bestellten Düfte noch versendet. Heute am 20.03 sind sie angekommen. Ich bin begeistert. Die Preise sind fair, der Kundenservice schnell und freundlich und der Versand hat ebenfalls schnell und ohne Probleme funktioniert. Hier bestelle ich gerne wieder. Daumen hoch 👍

Ich habe mir schon ein paar mal Duftproben bestellt. Eine Probe hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich den Duft dann tatsächlich bestellt habe. Dafür habe ich eine Erstattung der Probe und einen 20 Euro Gutschein für weitere Proben erhalten und natürlich sehr gern genutzt. Ich hatte bei meiner letzten Bestellung das Problem, dass ich beim Bezahlvorgang immer auf die Paypal-Seite geleitet wurde, die Zahlung habe ich bestätigt aber dann kehrte alles zum Warenkorb zurück. Ich dachte die Seite spinnt (also, hat sie auch) und somit hatte ich Bezahlung 5 oder 6mal getätigt. Zack - 600 Euro weg haha. Zum Glück ist der Kundenservice einfach nur megaklasse. Per Chat konnten alle Anliegen geklärt werden. Ich bekam umgehend das zu viel gezahlte Geld zurück. Zudem war die Person auf der anderen Seite sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit klären können. Ich werde definitiv wieder dort bestellen und kann es auch wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

This webshop has the Best costumer service i have ever experienced in a web shop. The packaging is perfect and the delivery time Quick. Everything is beautifully packed, and the response of the costumer service is just impressive. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Ich habe schon seeeehr viele Duftproben bei Essenza Nobile bestellt und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Bestellungen kommen immer in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen, auf der Seite wird darauf hingewiesen dass Abfüllungen länger dauern. Meiner Erfahrung nach kamen meine Bestellungen schon oft nach 3 Tagen bei mir an. Gefällt eine Duftprobe und man bestellt den Flakon, wird der Preis der Probe vom Kaufpreis abgezogen. Der Telefonische Kundenservice ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt immer noch Proben zum testen dazu. Ich bin begeistert und werde noch öfters bei Essenza Nobile bestellen.

Delivery didn't happen. Placed order at 11.02, with ETA of +- 10 days which was fine by me. Then it was failure to deliver once, with the email from company that product is not yet in stock and still expected. Another contact from me been attempted beginning of March and I've been reassured I'll get it in time to my date. One day before the date - no movement, i've asked to cancel and without any excuses order been cancelled immediately. Got my money frozen for 1 month, no delivery, no happy wife. Product still in the state of "This item is currently not in stock but can be preordered. Shipped within 11 - 12 business days." So basically these statuses are far from truth and couldn't be relied on.
