I have ordered REPEATEDLY with good service from the company in the past, but this time my experience has been less than positive and frankly, annoying. Maybe I ordered at a bad time, but the day I placed my order I was told it would be a week wait for the product to be in stock. I was happy to wait. Then a 2 weeks later without an update I contacted the company to chase up. I was told it would be another week. Then another week. Then order will be ready on a Friday. Then another week. Then your order has now shipped (which was not true).... in total, over a month of waiting for an order in which I was the one to chase for updates at every stage. I understand that things sometimes are not in stock, but why not remove them from the website in that case? Also, why not accurate and consistent updates? The whole process has been frustrating and annoying, and as much as I have enjoyed previous service from the company, I can no longer recommend them in good faith as my most recent experience has been negative. Choppy service that is inconsistent is difficult to deal with as a loyal customer, and good communication could have mitigated all these issues. Let us hope that I actually receive my package soon.
Essenza Nobile, der Online-Shop der Kurfürsten-Parfümerie in Mannheim. Das ist ein Sehnsuchtsort, wo man sich auf herausragenden Service versteht. Die Produktlinie ist "handverlesen" und der Verkauf erfolgt mit einer absolut professionellen Beratung. Es ist kaum zu glauben - man rät sogar von Produkten ab, die nicht optimal für den Kunden sind! Das herausragende Service-Erlebnis sowohl beim Verkauf als auch in der Kosmetik sind den Preis wirklich wert. Und sollte einmal ein Produkt tatsächlich nicht optimal passend sein, macht man beim Umtausch hier keine Probleme, sondern ist auch dann sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich vermisse die Kurfürsten-Parfümerie, seitdem wir weg gezogen sind. Übrigens: Hier kennt man sich auch mit Düften hervorragend aus: Nischendüfte, wirklich individuell und kostbar, werden nicht nach dem höchsten Preis oder für Incentives verkauft, wie im Discounter. Oh nein. Das empathische Gespür für den Kunden führt hier zu einer erstklassigen und individuellen Beratung. Ich wurde um diese Bewertung nicht gebeten, auch erhalte ich dafür keinen Gegenwert. Ich möchte nur einfach meine Erfahrung und meinen Dank teilen: Für anspruchsvolle Kunden, die eine seriöse und professionelle Einkaufsquelle suchen, ist Essenza Nobile und die Kurfürsten-Parfümerie der richtige Ansprechpartner.
A fuir !!!!! Attente de l’envoi de ma commande de plus de deux semaines et une fois que je les contacte car je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande on me réponds qu’elle a été envoyée et bien réceptionnée. Je leur demande donc le numéro de suivi car je n’ai évidemment rien reçu de dhl et là je me rends compte que la livraison a été effectuée en Allemagne alors que je suis en FRANCE !!!! Dès que je leur explique leur grossière erreur plus aucune nouvelle alors que whatsapp me confirme que les messages on été lus. Aucun remboursement proposé ni le renvoi du produit je n’ai jamais vu aussi irrespectueux c’est une honte !!!! A fuir site d’arnaque totale
Super Shop Parfüm kann man sich abfüllen lassen gerade für Allergiker wie mich gut das ich erst ausprobieren kann,wenn man das Orginal Parfüm kauft wird der Kaufpreis für die Probe abgezogen das ist sehr fair.Ich bin absulut zufrieden mit dem Service auf Fragen wird zügig geantwortet sehr nette Dame am Telefon und mit dem schnellen Versand bin ich auch zufrieden. Abfüllungen sind nach wenigen Tagen angekommen. Vor einiger Zeit gab es mal ein Pröbchen zur Bestellung. Leider wohl nun nicht mehr. Schade.
Awesome service!!! Extra samples of perfumes and face care items. Nice packaging. Also I opted for gift wrapping that was free and nicely done. For any full item, even if is a beauty product they give you a 20€ voucher to choose perfume samples they decant for you. Their niche range is wide and you have plenty of choices. Definetely I will purchase again!

Es war meine erste Bestellung bei ihnen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Super Duft und auch viele tolle Proben waren mit dabei. Ich werde euch definitiv weiter empfehlen. Parfum war auch super verpackt! Lieben dank.
Sehr faires, tolles Konzept. Wunschproben werden frisch abgefüllt und beim Kauf voll angerechnet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch Garatisproben, die in etwa der Richtung entsprechen. Ich mag viele Nischendüfte, die es sonst selten zu kaufen, geschweige zu testen gibt. Mit diesem Konzept kann ich auch sehr teure Düfte testen und bei 3ml ausgiebig testen. Der Preis der Probe entspricht dem ml-Preis der 100ml Flasche. Ich habe bereits 2x bestellt und die individuellen Proben sind innerhalb 2-3 Tagen in den Versand gekommen. Ich werde bestimmt noch weitere Düfte bestellen und auch einen Freund empfehlen.
Despite the fact that my parcel was late (dued to DHL software issues) the lady from the client attention was very very helpful and beared with me and all my frustration (I'm sorry Jessica) . The website has amazing brands, very pretty design and very functional. The products I have bought were legitimate products and they have this system that you can order a sample and a perfume and don't pay the sample. Also they have a large selection of samples (3ml) to choose from, so you can teste your favorite perfumes without compromising to a full bottle right away. And I was surprised that when I added to my cart a bottle of a perfume I had purchase the sample before, they have automatically made a discount of the sample price! Also when you add to the cart a bottle they offer you 20€ in samples (how cool is this?) I'll be buying over and over again! 💖

Meine erste Bestellung hier-total enttäuscht! Der Liefertermin überschritten,auch jetzt noch nicht versand, vom Kundendienst,unklare Antwort auf konkrete Frage. Hatte einen neuen Liefertermin-hat auch nichts gebracht,noch immer nicht versandt. Ja, wir haben Corona! Aber dann muss man auch die Lieferung Daten angepassen! Die Kunden vorher informieren,das tun schon einige Onlineshops! Es ist sehr unangenehm,wenn ich meiner Bestellung hinterher laufe, trotz rechtzeitiger Bestellung und mich dabei schuldig fühle,wie ein ungeduldiges kind.........und dann kommt die Lieferung doch nicht, auch keine weitere Information , nichts....

I ordered a couple of times from this place. Honestly, I'm very happy that I did! Here I’m going to share some experience. Looking for some rare items I bought BEAUFORT LONDON FRAGRANCES and RANIA J. - T. HABANERO 100ml. Wouldn’t like to comment the price level as everybody is unrestricted to select whatever. Generally speaking, I can say that the prices are really affordable. The delivery took 9 & 10 business days respectively while well-known pandemic restrictions. Hence it was dispatched from the shop the day after ordering. Unfortunately, they mistakenly have sent Rania J. 50 ml bottle instead of the ordered 100 ml. The mistake was accepted immediately (human errors happen). Three options have been offered to deal with this unfortunate issue: all were very acceptable and even attractive. I selected the one which finalized with the delivery of one extra free of charge 50 ml bottle of Rania J. fragrance. Small queries on addressee’s details were settled in very effective and the fastest way by their phone call. As normal I could track the progress of the delivery until parcels arrived. Packaged well. All correspondence was in professional manner. They also arranged free samples (1.5 dozen of new fragrances, totally about 60 ml) which is awesome. They have live chat which makes things easy if you need to get in contact and they reply back quickly. Thus, their items are great, prices are affordable and Oh, customer service is great too, very professional, amazing service. Highly recommend it.

It was my first time purchasing from this website and the service was great! Item was despatched the day after ordering, could track the progress of the package until it arrived. Delivered to me within 6 working days after placing the order (including the day I placed the order). Packaged well and I’m very happy with my purchase.
