Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He provided practical advice and information as we were moving into new premises and had not had a gas supply at our current premises. Energy Advice Line also introduced me to Opus Energy and I'm really looking forward to having an energy provider which also gets great customer feedback.

Having been using the same energy adviser for several years I had my doubts as to how good a price they really were quoting me. I tried the Energy Advice Line for a comparison and they gave me an even greater saving.

Craig Shepherd contacted me after I had started a process online. Usually I would consider this an annoyance but actually it was a lot easier to do over the phone and it made it so I had a point of contact to refer to and things were done at my own convenience as opposed to having to find a computer every time I could pick the issue back up. All in all I think it saved me time so thank you.

Energy Advice Line (Craig Shepherd) have taken care of all my electricity supply needs for a number of years. One 5 minute phone call every year has kept everything organised at the most competitive price and allowed me to concentrate on what I need to. EAL feel and operate like a department within my own business.

I was contacted very soon after having used the website by Craig Shepherd, who was very pleasant, explained everything fully and made renewing my contract a simple task. Although I stayed with the same supplier, I did so in full confidence that this was the best decision for me. He did offer an alternative, but did not try to persuade me either way -he just gave me the figures and that made my decision easy to make.

Craig rang me back within a very short time of my online application. He was extremely helpful and informative resulting in a clear saving to our business . The transfer to a new contract has been very simple. I am about to see what Craig can do for us on the telephone front and am optimistic there are savings to be made here as well. Highly recommended and a refreshing change from pure online comparison sites which can be very confusing(well to me anyway!)

Craig outlined the energy deals available to us without taking up too much of my time. We agreed on the best deal for us and have proceeded. Easy to deal with and straightforward in explanations.

We have found Craig Shepherd very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of changing suppliers, nothing was to much trouble for him, and when asking questions he gave clear and precise answers.

I wanted to check whether the price offered to me from EON was reasonable. I found Energy Advice Line through Google. Due to the very positive reviews they receive online I decided to use them and so far I have been very pleased with the result. Liam Wade has been very helpful and efficient and based on the results so far I have given 5 Stars to them.

Found this company online and put in a few basic details, then shortly after received a call from one of the sales guys, Craig Shepherd, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took some more info and offered a couple of options best suited to us. It was then very easy to change our supplier. A+ Highly recommended.
