Normally when you take a sales call you know you are going to get the pitter patter of what you think is a computer generated voice and you really dont want to listen to what the person is saying on the end of the phone. Not with Craig who contacted me, whole conversation was very clear, very informative. Wasn't pushy or made you feel you had to commit, he could sell ice cubes to eskimos without even knowing it!!!!
