I used the online system which provided me with a quote for electricity. This was followed up by a phone call from Luke who explained that Advice Line was independent. Talked me through the quotation and explained that Advice Line would manage our energy costs ensuring that when it came to renewal they would provide us with the most competitive quotation in plenty of time to terminate the existing contract if necessary. I was really pleased when I contacted Energy Advice Line, I have dealt with Luke Frohlich through the whole duration and can not recommend him enough. He hasn't hounded me like several companies do. He has provided email and documentation when required and I have a direct line number to speak to Luke so I don't have to go through lots of different departments. Very professional service!
