I had a call from Craig a few months before my contract was due to end. He had already done the homework on what the best deal for my organisation was and after I took a couple of days to assess the options he called me back to close the deal. The whole process was very easy and it is great being pre-emptively called before you forget and get tied into an expensive rolled over new contract.
